As we approach another election year, we face historic lows in Americans' trust and confidence in institutions with little signs of recovery. One doesn’t have to look very far to imagine why.

Trust? Biden has done good things, but undermined it all, with his stubborn commitment to punitive levels of illegal immigration, culminating in his brand new deal for the Dreamers. Trump reckons he's going to do something about it. Sadly, US Election 24 is that simple. Biden has made it thus.

This piece is what I would classify as vacant waffle.
It seems the US propaganda department has reached the bottom of the barrel.
Something the ABC and SBS would dish up and aim at the over comfortable and glued to their recliner, the coffee shop set, to be forgotten immediately the lights go out in the latest mass power outage.

To the author: If you feel you MUST (for what ever unknown reason), write a superior sounding article on trust again, based on this evidence, consider writing a fairy tale.

It's just too weird to see people spruik about Democracy yet they go against it at every turn !
Are they really that stupid ?
