A good essay.
But there is nothing unified about humankind in this time and place. Indeed disunity is the dis-order that patterns/drives all of humankind. Those on the right side of the culture wars divide are just as "guilty" of promoting this disorder as those who quite rightly question the dominant narrative.

The controversy is from a very small "shouty" minority. No nation will be able to function if it is held hostage to these seeming narcissists. What do the Woke/ Communists that the narcissists support do to counter revolutionaries. Not saying that we should revert to murderous communist tactics but maybe we should send a few stink bombs in their general direction- do something- not just put our heads in the sand.
