Pakistan is the master of its own destiny and cannot forever use the west as a scapegoat for its own shortcomings, and internal division.

As for British and US involvement, mostly as a rubber stamp. And therefore, mostly an unimportant, nonissue.

A house divided against itself cannot stand. Until and unless Pakistan becomes a united republic and free of divided loyalties. Its days are numbered and measured by internal dissent and spilled blood.

There must be a clear and robust division between religion and politics in any workable democracy.

Theocracies can only bring harm death and destruction! And limit aid from the infidels when it is most needed!
