Yeah!
How could 'Stralians be part of any conspiracy?
We're always for the battler, the little guy, as long as he/she speaks English.
To even suggest that 'stralians could be part of any conspiracy is downright fanciful.
Who says we're told what to do and say, just cos we bought nuke subs we don't need from the US and UK after telling the French where to go (cos we found out the French don't speak Inglese) just in time I say!
After all we told the Chinese where to go while cutting our own throat which only proves how enlightened we are (when someone else turns on the light that is)
Aren't we the country that used to have at least 4 car manufacturers with half the population and now we have none!

Aren't we the country that got rid of our manufacturing base, and self determination with it, cos someone told us it was the smart thing to do?
They were the golden years where we showed the world our 'cleverness'
So how could we be a part of any conspiracy to overthrow the democratic govt of a South American country just because they didn't speak English.
We may have done it 'cos they made us look stupid but then that wouldn't have taken much in those days.
