Of course, there is no completely foolproof way to ensure that disturbed and deranged people can never inveigle themselves into situations where they can perpetrate harm.

Ah…the perfect world…Or…The endless quest!

On the other hand the evil mistress may simply be following natures way to dispense with sick and weak infants instinctively . Maybe she is a victim after all, to an otherwise evil society that refuses to acknowledge an imperative natural female human instinct.

Yes, it could if it includes thermal imaging and CAFR.

The latter picking up facial expression changes to quick for the human eye and thermal imaging picking up that part of the brain that always lights up when deception is contemplated.

Apart from that, we need some system to stop these nut jobs dead in their tracks. The best medicine would be a little lead pill right between the peepers.

Tasers and pepper sprays often ineffective! And more than likely to compound the uncontrollable rage.

And with that little lead pill an ironclad guarantee, they will never ever harm any other human being ever. It's the only guaranteed permanent cure for, barking dog mad, madness!
