Side note- When reading John Stuart Mill people often seem to quote the beginning of "On Liberty" (On Freedom- Negative Freedom- freedom so long as it doesn't affect the freedom of others) but not the end- in which Mill acknowledges that "everything affects everything- and he doesn't know what to do about it" so negative freedom actually doesn't work. But few things are ideal.
