Personally I find women have greater pride in their abilities.
They have better dexterity in assembly work. Have a better approach to their work. Generally speaking men do work harder mentally to overcome their known inability in applying themselves to the task at hand in an appropriate manner especially when having to extend themselves out of their comfort zone.
