BRICS is becoming the big kid on the block : Comments

With India’s embracing of BRICS, its commitment in time of any conflict to the QUAD must be looked at very closely.

I can see a world dividing into two power blocks, With BRICS minus India and South Africa in one block and the rest of the world mostly in the other.

And the totalitarian side initiating nuclear conflict, in the insane belief that the leaders can survive in their self-contained bunkers. And come out when it's safe to do so. Around the twelfth of never. M.A.D.

What we need is an engine that can take the sane part of the world to the stars (doable) and other habitable planets. And leave the insane totalitarians to fight each other over the spoils of defeat and a nuclear devastated, burnt, charred wasteland!
