Our independence anniversary gift to PNG needs to be substantial. Unlike the mean spirited $2 million national library given to a new nation 50 years ago.

Are you trying to tell us that huge nuclear plants are less dangerous than many small ones ?
Are you trying to tell us if Chernobyl or Fukushima had been small plants the damage would have been worse ?
There are now quite a number of nuclear-powered large ships that have been operating for many years without a glitch. Why ? Because they only use thinking, responsible people to operate them not the tattooed, Bali-Holiday drug-sodden bogan type available here !

I think you mis-read my post of the 15th & if you think you haven't could you please tell me what you find so dumb about it ?
The reason why we have so many technical/environmental problems is because of too much stupidity dictating the non-thinkers who are only interested in avoiding responsibility !
