We have done well, very well, supporting Papua New Guinea, and our other South Pacific neighbours, with vaccines, and support facilities such as oxygen and ventilators.

Thank you for an enlightening and practical article about how Australia could assist PNG at this time of need.

You have highlighted two aspects of (1) Aid, and (2) Assistance with industry that I was not aware of.

I commend Online Opinion for raising issues like this that would go unnoticed by me.

I don't know what audience these articles are aimed at, but I'm sick of PNG, a failed state that I doubt occupies too many minds here, and elsewhere.

PNG need to make up their mind if they want help to help themselves or just sell out to the highest bidder !
A bit like Labor voters here.
