If the Taliban supports ISIS or Al Quida again with training grounds
then I think if the US or Russia attack them from the air or by drones
or rockets, not a soul will object.
Attacks should also disable economic infrastructure.
That will upset the whole population.
I would hope they have learnt the lesson; if a country is Islamic,
then there is no point in being "nice" to them, just hammer them from afar.
