The value of solidarity as a driving force in Asia and the Pacific : Comments

By Ioan Voicu, published 7/7/2021

This UN regional body, the only one in which all five permanent members of the Security Council are full members, also reaffirmed its commitment to multilateralism in response to global crises such as the COVID-19 pandemic.

Beware more UN BS.

Vaccines for developing countries - fair enough. But when they start with the "build back better" nonsense, and "women and girls", you know it's about world government, the Great Reset, and whatever ever other secrets they have.

The best thing for Australia and other Western democratic countries is to leave the United Nations to despots to fund and play around with, so that we don't lose anymore freedoms to really nasty, bad people.

Dr. Ioan Voicu offers important insights in this article - unfortunately, it is easy for the news media to overlook key events, such as multilateral efforts to address the pandemic... He points us to the fact that one of the most important recent events, the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP) - which took place in Bangkok - has made headway in the effort to eradicate the pandemic. Unless the pandemic is addressed multilaterally, the hopes to eliminate the threat will continue as new variants could elude vaccines. Nationalist, inward-looking and critical perspectives on such efforts are simply ignorant and short-sighted. Calling, as one commentator just did, the UN as a dictators' forum is, at best, ignorant - it is our collective forum, Australia and U.S. included. There is no better world body to manage the pandemic and attenuate the related devastation than the UN (and its WHO).
