AIUI stands for As I Understand It. The abbreviation has been on common use on the internet for at least a quarter century; probably much longer.

However, it looks like your understanding was also incorrect, as the leaking of questions to Clinton occurred in advance not of the presidential debate against Trump, but the primary debate against Sanders (which was not run by the Debates Commission).
