You know if we just threw our hands in the air and said stuff it, well just roll the dice with peoples lives; if we had've done that from the start, many of you lot wouldn't be here anymore.

Victorians got lazy, they got selfish, they stopped caring about how a continuation of the virus affected others, they did what they wanted and they killed thousands of people;
- they put the whole nation at risk.

And it wasn't until the cops had to cross the line of right and wrong and treat them all like worthless scum that they actually started to pay attention.
