Joe,
>A person who is an undischarged bankrupt shouldn't be allowed to stand for office.
AIUI a person who is an undischarged bankrupt is not allowed to stand for office. But Trump's bankruptcies were discharged, and it was his companies that went bankrupt rather than him personally.

>A draft dodger shouldn't have any control whatsoever over any military matters.
Why?

>Any applicant for public office should be required to pass an IQ test.
Why? Do you seriously think the test is an accurate simulation of the requirements of public office?

I find it amusing Joe that you regressives argued for decades that a person's private life should not determine their fitness for public office. Oh well again it shows you were lying and you will use any deceitful method to fool the people. Seems like the American public are waking up Joe. You don't seem as confident quoting the number of days until the election. Or might you need to count another 365 x 4? Anymore antifa cullings of Trump supporters today?

Runner,

So many non sequiturs ! I don't recall ever advocating what you assert. Oh well, you'll still probably get into heaven, god needs all the so-called 'believers' she can get, even the crap. All the best people seem to be going elsewhere.

Of course, if one commits criminal offences in one's 'private life', as Trumpf seems to have done so many times (but he's okay, isn't he, Runner ? He might be a total bastard, but he's YOUR total bastard ?), and Biden may have, a person should be punished accordingly and their right to hold office amended accordingly. I have not the slightest trouble with that principle, but I wonder: would Trumpf have ?

If Biden is found to have committed the sorts of offences for which Trumpf is renowned, then of course he should be disqualified from holding office. There should be no place in senior positions for rubbish like that, of whichever party.

I'm sure you would agree, if you had the courage and principle.

Joe

'If Biden is found to have committed the sorts of offences for which Trumpf is renowned'

like sticking his fingers where they were not invited in contrast to locker trash talk Joe or arranging cushy Ukraine overpaid jobs for his son. OH well none so blind! I will stick to looking at policy and achievements Joe while you continue your virtue signalling character assassination.

TRUMP HAS JUST EDGED AHEAD OF BIDEN

According to a betting agency.

For the first time (and as at 2 Sept 2020) Trump is ahead, according to Sportsbet.

Sportsbet would lose big money if it gets its prediction wrong.

At http://www.sportsbet.com.au/betting/politics/us-politics then click on "US Presidential Election 2020". You will see:

Trump is 1.90 which translates to a 53% chance of winning

and

Biden is 1.95 which translates to a 51% chance of winning

_________________________________

This is compared to Sportsbet's odds 2 months ago (2nd July) when:

Trump was given a 36% chance of winning

and

Biden a 65% chance of winning.
