Coronavirus is impacting all the isms.

Its about peoples' bodies not their economic system description.

On the surface of it ...true.

But dive in a bit, and another story could emerge.

However big or small, business run on debt, with obligations to service the debt.

This is exactly the same story for individuals needing to service mortgage obligations.

The corona virus is a black swan event which needed the government expertise to plan for this. In fact they did, but ignored their own advisors.

It's easy to play the blame game, as it is easy for government failure to be hidden behind treasury decisions geared to cover the failure.

To my mind, this removes a lot of criticism aimed at corporate money grabbing, under the circumstances.
After all, what are Governments for if not to preempt worst case scenarios.

Socialism has failed everywhere it has been tried. It has greatly benefitted many professors, overpaid public servants and woke organisations that tick off the group think of the day. Capitalism has fed greed but at the same time allowed many to go from poverty to riches unlike socialism. Capitalism is by far the worse of the 2 evils. Once all this collapses we will be back to a theocracy with the Only incorruptible One Jesus Christ in charge. I look forward to that day.
