THE LEAST QUALIFIED (BUT RICHEST) US PRESIDENTIAL HOPEFUL HAS THE GREATEST CHANCE OF WINNING

Fact 1. Michael Bloomberg's lack of stated policies is an actual advantage in US politics against Trump.

Fact 2. Bloomberg has a reputation for "foot in mouth" that Trump can only dream about eg. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Michael_Bloomberg#Public_image_and_lifestyle :

Fact 3. Of US politics aptly named Wall Street Zillionaire, Dick Pound, is believed to have declared "Who's the richest big swinging .... now?"

Sorry, disagree with the general premise and the mockery that is self-evident in the article.

Clearly anyone with eyes to see, ears to hear? Knows full well that money figures strongly in American elections!

That it has the finest democracy money can buy! And we are not too far behind, with Palmer spending millions on electoral advertising and by all accounts, enough to sway considerable numbers of Joe average voters? And alter the election outcome? We can, with political will end that C.R.A.P. here!

The democrats can complain and whine all they like but are their own worst enemies as the "establishment hacks" tries to force their selection through the electoral college. And in so doing, all but hand victory to their clearly corrupt opponents?

Fools never learn and are lining up again to take down Bernie, regardless of whether or not, he among them is the only player on their park capable of defeating Trump?

Moreover, when is any of them going to massively improve their own chances by selecting the second most popular candidate as their natural running mate? Bernie?

Bernie is a literal heartbeat away and quite old and would be really well served by asking his youngest rival to become his Presidential running mate!? But only if he and his other democratic opponents actually want Trump out and democratic control in both houses! As I said, fools never learn!

Alan B,
Here too ! The only reason Labor is still in the race is because of all the Public Servants they can buy with attractive salaries albeit questionable deservedness !

Biden was it seems, hoping that Carolina and the black vote would rescue his waning electoral chances? However, it would seem that that ambition is disappearing as that support is now, it would seem, behind the only candidate with a snowflake's chance in hell of beating Trump, i.e., Bernie?

With the former mayor as his young running mate? Given the power of that young man's oratory!

You'd think by now the Democrats would have woken to the fact, they not assisted by Thursday voting and would move it to Saturday, ASAP!?

What is it about presidential elections that turns the control freaks and power junkies on? Some to the point where they spend millions, theirs and donated others, to win? And let's be clear, big donations come with expectations, some of which materialise?

Currently, the Democrats are a divided rabble at war with themselves and haven't got the cognitive ability to preselect a champion with a little more than a snowflakes chance in hell of defeating the real political opponent!

Do we/they really have to wait until after super Tuesday, to see that Bernie is that man and that his natural running mat is that powerful orator the gay ex-mayor!

Or should they just hand another electoral victory to Trump as they fight viciously and with millions of wasted dollars, over the spoils of yet another defeat! Go figure?
