Queensland's Compulsory Third Party (CTP) vehicle insurance system is under threat as insurers push for the scheme to be changed to a no-fault system.

There is very good advice in this article for Queensland motirists. Your about to be plundered further by the insurance industry.

It's definitely time for another royal commission into the antics of these criminals.

The article makes some compelling points, especially regarding the low cost of the current Queensland CTP scheme to the insured.

The author, however, discloses his role as a personal injury lawyer, implying a financial interest in the current scheme. Maybe there are some contrary issues to be mentioned.

Agree with ALA, if it ain't broke, don't fix it! But particularly if it's proposed just to boost already obscene company profits/CEO's/directors remuneration?
