Without Brexit, the UK will be rid of judicial interference. Prior to Bexit the UK, unlike Australia, did not have unelected judges tampering with democracy.

This is a very important issue that has been raised in this article, and it is one I’ve wondered about for awhile.

How can the unelected( by the people) judiciary have the final say on laws passed bythe elected representatives.
I understand why the judiciary was made an arm of the government. And it no doubt worked better in simpler times and probably works better in a non globalist world and monocultural nation.

What we have now is subversive moneyed elites and foreign forces within the western and European world using our own justice system to work against our country and Western civilisation In general.

The government of Poland took the step of legistating against the courts having say over the government. Because the European Union led by Germany was using the Polish courts to flood a strictly Catholic country with huge numbers of the Islamic faith.
and changing the identity of Poland by doing so.

The courts were meant to protect individuals of a mainly monocultural society from the power of governments. But the courts have been infiltrated by those who support globalism and foreign rules and laws and foreign lawyers in high judicial positions and use our laws to gain further power for foreign interests and Islamist laws seeking to override Western rule in Western countries.

This whole power of the courts needs a complete rethink and legislative change.
The courts now serve foreign interests more than they serve the Interests of Western and European countries

An important, but esoteric, issue: where can, and can't, the courts step in to adjudicate an issue.
It often surprises me when we read of someone losing his official position, or even membership, in a private organisation such as a sporting club whatever, and he challenges the decision in court. What does it have to do with the court?
