It is a pity you stopped reading my article after you found what you thought was a fatal flaw in my analysis.

Had you done so you would have read the following:

"The New York Times should have added an additional annotation pointing out the unlawfulness of the complainant's action by setting out the provisions of U.S.C. §3033(k)(5)(D)(ii) which states:

"(ii) An employee may contact the congressional intelligence committees directly as described in clause (i) only if the employee-

(I) before making such a contact, furnishes to the Director, through the Inspector General, a statement of the employee's complaint or information and notice of the employee's intent to contact the congressional intelligence committees directly; and

(II) obtains and follows from the Director, through the Inspector General, direction on how to contact the congressional intelligence committees in accordance with appropriate security practices."

It now turns out that Schiff was indeed given advance notice of the complaint - and used that information to try and politically advantage the Democrats in their race to impeach Trump.

Schiff's treachery will boomerang back on the Democrats in a big way.

Might I remind you:
1. I began writing these pro-Trump articles in February 2019 when Trump and Netanyahu were the closest of buddies (as I believe they still are)

2. I did so because I believed then that the emerging crisis in American politics could result in the biggest political scandal in America's political history - bigger than Watergate. Events since then are all pointing in this direction as my weekly series of articles discuss. The mass media have chosen to turn their backs on this developing story to their eternal shame. That is why the Gallup poll results are so damning.

3. I am therefore grateful that OLO has chosen to publish my articles - about 30 so far. Criticise them to your heart's content - not me personally. Your failure to do so continues to amaze.

Your disgraceful comment has seen your CV now being further updated to read:

David advocates for both Trump and Netanyahu? Netanyahu refuses to resign so as to allow all his alleged crimes to be laid on his door stoop could be defended in the proper place, the court of law! Likewise, Trump cannot be tried for more or less anything as long as he remains president!

But could resign from office, days out from the reelection contest and have the vice president grant him a presidential pardon for all his alleged crimes/corruption etc.

These guys have a Teflon coating and an, I believe, army of hugely deceived and misguided support.

By the way Pete, I thought your withdrawn allegation had much merit!
