By Alex Kimani, published 4/2/2019It's been a decade of lows for commodities after posting 7 declines in 11 years, but we've seriously underestimated lithium. It's back with a vengeance in 2019.

Conversely MSR thorium (a FUJI 350 MW) will burn during a comparative thirty-year operational lifetime, just one ton of fuel and produce from that less than 1% as waste. And given the lithium and beryllium content. eminently suitable as long life space batteries
Given the money big nuclear earns from the enrichment and assembly of the fuel rods. Their primary business model!
Something like walk away safe MSR thorium that requires no fabrication destroys a multi-billion dollar industry and surely puts the fossil fuel industry to the wall along with a bunch of parasitical politicians, whose palms are surely greased by the aforementioned!?
And let's not forget big pharma who stand to lose billions in palliative care for dying but still curable cancer patients. The profit curve is threatened all over the place and consequently, thorium is opposed by the aforementioned and the ideology-driven rent-a-crowd from "renewables".
And I believe for personally commercial reasons!? And to hell with the death toll!
When you can see the whole picture? Little wonder there are just a few voices in the wilderness crying out for this, so we at least can look our kids in the eye and say to them, I/we gave my/our best shot with all that I/we had and until I/they had nothing left.
Cause I'll keep trying to reach folk, one by one, to just get them to at least look at the verifiable validated facts with eyes wide open and objective! Pete?
