There does seem to be a genetic barrier to Africa never getting above
the tribal level of economy. When jacked up to a better level it takes
only a few years to return to the basic level again.
The African has never seemed to have been able to succeed to be able
to establish a first world economy.
Let this next regime of Asian colonialists have a go and see what
happens when they eventually depart the scene.

Alas, his legacy, compassion and wisdom have been largely cancelled out by the aforementioned tribalism, nepotism and out and out corruption and the most narrow, short-sighted, obtuse obstinate myopic, murderous focus ever wielded in that divided Continent's checker history.
