It is sensible to have a solar thermal plant with molten salt storage, but not with thorium. Not only is the melting point of thorium salts far too high, but the stuff is radioactive and therefore requires the expense of extra safety precautions.
I thought I'd explained this to you, but it appears you don't comprehend the main difference between molten salt storage and molten salt reactors: the latter require the elements needed in the reaction, while for the former allows you to select the most suitable salts to use based on factors such as heat capacity, melting point and cost.
