Congress: don’t tamper with the Iran deal, build on it : Comments

By Alon Ben-Meir, published 23/10/2017

If Republican Senators and House members have any spine left, they should stop behaving like a cult that blindly follows a blind leader and pass a bill that would prevent Trump from terminating the deal.

The Iran 'deal' was a disgrace and a threat to the Free World, perpetrated by the Left lunatic and friend to Islam, Obama. It should never have occurred, and it should be abolished by Trump. Iran sat up and took notice when Reagan took over from another Leftist president. They will do the same for Trump if the U.S Fifth Column will allow him to do the job he was elected to do: keep America safe, and by default, the Western world. Iran is run by raving lunatics.

Obama and his queer transvestite wife(sic), and adopted children (poor things), need to be "long-gone"... good move by Donald Trump.

Agree! Doubling down and doubly disingenuous L'Enfant Terrible, may get his jollies shooting holes in hornets nests and then watching in rapturous glee, as everybody else reaps the painful stinging repercussions!

It may be homespun homily, but a fundamental truth, that one catches more flies with a teaspoon of honey than a whole jar of vinegar!

Moreover, tantamount to trying to put out a fire by pouring petrol over it!

Not for nothing is it writ large, speak softly, but carry a big stick, in an iron hand wearing a velvet glove!

Otherwise, stop shouting and just use the stick!

And stop bragging about the size of the stick! Which, a piss ant nation like an impoverished nation like Vietnam was able to send running in unseemly haste, tail between its legs! Why?

The Tet offensive ought to have resulted in a boots on the ground, ultra resolute counter offensive, the just didn't stop until it breached the inner defences of Hanoi! Then at least the enormous sacrifices would have STOOD FOR SOMETHING!

That it never happened testament to political interference and incompetent/hamstrung leadership! That spent/wasted more lives than those lost by America in WW11!

Diver Dan: Very appropriate nomenclature for someone diving as deeply into the muck!

As seems your abuse laden custom as opposed to constructive criticism/comment.

Left up to you you'd likely nuke every gay/queer/transvestite in creation, including those you quite deliberately mislabel/libel, or all those who dare to disagree with the deep diving diver! Diabolically disturbed by difference!

Then look around at dark side of the moon devastation, marked by a few glowing red heat spots aftermath, and ask, what have I done or been responsible for? Even to metaphorically, load the gun?

As those afflicted by your diabolically dumb diatribes shout in unison in a hallelujah style chorus from above. Burn baby burn!

You'll have a nice day now y'hear.

Trump nor congress cannot legally change the agreement, it is not a unilaterally binding thing. There are other parties involved and the fact Iran is complying 100% to the agreement nullifies Trumps ridiculous posturing.

As to supporting terrorism, what about the US covert funding of IS/ISIS/Daesch (sic). Additionally, the US supports and funds the Saudi regime and Qatar, the two biggest facilitator's of terrorism in the Middle East, why is no one questioning this?

Skewed facts are fine, but don't believe all the rubbish beings spruiked by the MSM on why Libya, Iraq, Afghanistan, Yemen, Somalia and especially Syria are systematically being destroyed by the Israeli backed US government and deep state.

Meanwhile in support of the writers argument I quite like the truth-telling essay featured on the Information Clearing House website titled Trump Bows To Neocons Netanyahu - perhaps a better wording would be to the neo-psychotics and the equally psychotic netan-yahoo.

Meanwhile again, everybody knows that the Saudis are the biggest sponsors and promoters of world-wide Islamic terrorism, via direct financial support and via their propaganda or brain-washing factories the madrassas, which have been set up all over the world including here in Australia.

Why is Iran supposedly singularly beyond the pale for interfering with the politics of its near neighbours and extending its sphere of influence.

Every state or power centre in all times and places has in one way or another attempted to interfere with the politics of its neighbours.

The various Western powers have been deliberately interfering in the affairs of the the various Middle Eastern states for well over a hundred years now.
And the rest of the world for at least 500 years since Columbus sailed across the ocean blue in search of plunder.
Israel has been deliberately interfering in the affairs of its neighbours, and the rest of the world too for many decades now. This is especially the case in the USA via the influence of the very powerful Israel lobby. How many countless billions of dollars has this situation cost the long-suffering American taxpayer?
There are even moves being made in Congress and the Senate to make criticism of Israel a criminal offense.

Meanwhile why should the rulers of Iran even trust the USA when it engineered the coup that overthrew the then popular democratically elected government, installing the "shah" and his totalitarian state.
And when it openly supported Iraq in the dreadful 8-years long war with Iran.

And of course Amerika has brazenly interfered with the politics of almost every country on the planet. Especially in South and Central America - see http://www.soaw.org
Isnt that the purpose its 700 plus overseas military bases.
