Can voluntary Euthanasia be contained? : Comments

I totally agree with all of these comments. Euthanasia could curb the large costs on the Medical system and allow society to regain control. Essentially it is Darwinian. Survival of the fittest etc.

To maintain a strong, intellectual society the slower members must be lost.
It is the case in any and all other parts of ecology, why do we "intellectual" beings believe we can/should stop it.
Medical breakthroughs are well and good, but keeping people alive beyond their years is just a society with a phobia of death and a prevailing religious overflow.
