'Age apartheid' thrives as Gov's older worker policy fails : Comments

And the fact that thirty somethings are intellectually incapable of putting themselves in the fifty something shoes they themselves will fill someday!
Perhap instead of rewarding equal treatment with tax breaks and what have you, we should penalize patent age apartheid with tax penalties?
Suppose being able to claim business expenses against income for the purpose of minimising tax, was only available to those whose workforce was more than 20% older workers, and not in junior positions, but senior positions that used/incorporated their experience, mature judgment and PR experience?
