There are six fundamental reasons that explain why the present geopolitical environment is conducive for the resumption of peace negotiations.

How bout siccing the Israeli military onto IS for a happy go lucky tank invasion of Syria and Iraq. All that tank experience in Eqypt, Syria, Jordan and Lebanon 1956, 67, 73, 82, 2006, 2014 (Gaza) etc shouldn't be lost.

Israelis have an almost Biblical calling to fight "defend". Some, well alot of, US and Russian cash - throw in some helpful airstrikes - dis would make the whole enterprise noble rather than mercenary.
