The importance of India in our region of influence cannot be overstated!
And it behooves us to become an important source of energy that also relives India of complete dependence on an area, already well known for using oil and oil dependence as an economic weapon. And compelling reasons for India to become an important security partner!

We who have but one weeks reserve of petrol need to bite the bullet and start exploring and exploiting our reef! Where we may have hydrocarbon resources to rival or even eclipse the Middle East!

And given we find and exploit it, become India's most important and reliable trading partner!

Without a shadow of a doubt we need to lift our export capacity.
And in so doing, enable customer countries to actually lower their total carbon creation by as much as 75%!

And critical in populous countries like India and China!
Where smog is a huge problem, able to be assisted by local innovation, that powers electric vehicles by CNG> ceramic fuel cells; and where the exhaust product is mostly water vapor.

Moreover, this combination has the highest energy coefficient (80%) in the world; meaning, the lowest possible cost transport options as well!

And should we have the courage to follow through with such an enterprise, we stand to earn for Australia around one trillion plus per, and more than enough to entirely fund a generously expanded federal budget, but quite huge annual surpluses as well.

Which could be reserved exclusively for a sovereign fund, much of which could be invested in profitable public transport and nuclear powered freight forwarding options; or long overdue practical pragmatism!

Its the economy stupid!
