How would you describe the expulsion of ancient Christian communities from Iraq with no possessions at all, the forced conversion to Islam or death for those Christians who could not escape, and the procurement of sex slaves for the ISIL conquerors over the past three months?

Singer, the major difference between you and I is not intelligence but the fact that we live in two extremely different time-warps. You try to live in a 2000 year old world of yesteryear when most human were uneducated, primitive barbarians and most still are.

The time warp I live in is one of the future when humans, assuming we aren't wiped out by nuclear war initiated by Israelis and the Yanks, are intelligent enough to give up on the infantile foolishness of Gods and War and instead pursue peace, caring and sharing.

Live in the past if you must, Singer but, to do so doesn't suggest to me that you have much intelligence!

I am not in a 2000 year time warp.

My time warp begins with the Balfour Declaration 1917, the San Remo Conference and the Treaty of Sevres in 1920 and the Mandate for Palestine in 1922.

You intentionally choose to ignore these events and all other milestones after 1920 until 1948 including:
1. the Jerusalem riots in 1920,
2. laying the groundwork for an Arab State in 80% of Palestine in 1922,
3. the massacre of Jews in 1929
4. the Peel Commission Report 1937,
5. the Arab riots 1936-1939,
6. the British White Paper 1939,
7. something called World War II 1939-1945,
8. the grant of independence to Transjordan in 1946,
9. the UN Partition Plan 1947.

Like Rip Van Winkle - you wake up in 1948.
