End of the road for Australian manufacturing sector : Comments

I guess that a degree in Arts and Social Sciences is something you are proud of. Yes, I do respect those who put in the hard yards and your parents must be rightly proud of you.
That is why it is so sad that your hard earned university achievements are now exposed for what they really are. They did not educate you, they did not prepare you for reality, they offered you very little that will be of use outside teaching and more importantly as your article evidences, you are heading for conflict with those things of which you speak but know absolutely nothing about.
If you can discuss CAN/BAN, JIT, Supply Chain Management, Global Logistics, Sub Assembly Techniques, Competitive Analysis, Business Process Engineering, Enterprise Mapping, the eight principles of industrial marketing, Entity Relationship Analysis and Information and Knowledgebase Access then go for it.
Otherwise I suggest you shut it.
