Kipp - I just want you to know that OneShift caters to all peoples, regardless of age - in fact we have successfully matched a 78yr old with an employer . OneShift works by allowing businesses to post free ads for jobs on our website.Businesses then pay a small fee to connect with three (3) possible employees out of all their matches, with a further nominal cost for additional connections. From there its over to the job seeker and the employer. The reason we have a predominance of younger people is more due to the fact that young people seek part time or casual work in larger numbers than older people. This is due to various reasons such being a student etc.
