What is extraordinary is the fact that it has taken this long for an Australian government even to attempt a comprehensive and publicly-articulated plan for charting the nation's future in Asia.

Wow, there are Asians out there? Asians? What about citizens of China, Japan, Koreas, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia and others instead of the homogenous Asians?

It's very racist don't you think for one little white place in the Asia Pacific rim to write papers about how to talk to the neighbours and rip them off?

IN the same week we pretend Australia is not here when a few south Asian Afghans, Pakistanis and Sri Lankans arrive to legally seek asylum.

The moral seems to be if we are brutal and murderous to some we must be the same for all.
