Classified Information Theme forgotten
Its odd that this thread has concentrated on Public Servant political activities and bullying issues when the campaign against Darrell Morris centers on "sharing classified information". As far as I know none of the Deaprtments I have worked for have had any problem with sharing of classified information

Yes between Departments. But the legality (or otherwise) of current/former Departmental officers sharing with Opposition pollies (a la http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Godwin_Grech#Godwin_Grech) is another matter.

Until there is the genuine will amongst the Senior Executive Service of the APS to understand the causes of workplace mistreatment and to take serious steps in eliminating it, toxic cultures in the APS will unfortunately go on.
