Sorry John I dont think you are right. Big boys can rig the price at which ownership changes because they can control both the selling and buying company. That changes government revenue whether based on profit or "transfer" price. Moving the system to a "transfer" price will not bring equity and will bring other problems.

Profits are well defined and can be accurately measured if the neither the selling prices nor the material prices or other costs are rigged. It is the transfer of profits between linked companies that present problems especially in these days of global business. I dont see any solution apart from companies and individuals taking an ethical stand
