Getting back to the thread; Now that there is a change of government
in France, their new policy is growth.
Now what they do not understand is that their energy sources have peaked.
There is now no surplus energy to drive growth, so instead of trying
to live within their energy capability, they will waste Euro billions
trying to stimulate growth.
