Talking about companies with employees run by unions, the days are drawing to a close, the government will take this control back, if a company believes it's profits are under the 10% margin required and that general employees are eventually going to be paid more than the managers due to unions, then companies have no choice. My advice is dump your unions to gain growth in Australia, let's start now and not follow America, this change must be made and people have the vote. A free wig at life is drawing to a close, so let's take the change and move on. Our government should have been more communicative about this issue, they should have spelled out this problem a long time ago.
