The story I'm hearing is that Kony is a contrived bleeding heart story based on fact,giving the USA an excuse to stop China from trading and developing Uganda.Guess what they found lots of oil there 5 yrs ago.Uganda can produce 200,000 barrels per day but it is low grade.

The Ugandan Govt has inflicted many times more trocities than Kony on it's people.If the USA invades and takes the oil,you will know the real reason.
