This proponents argument. Cogently, logically,and well written, reveals a conundrum as complex as the global warming issue. National and international agreements brokered through the UN or the IAEA continue to neither recognise or legitimise the historic 'self interests' of nation states, (in the main deliniated by linguistic, historic, religious or a miriad of 'bordered' recognition disputes)
Religious or other tradition and historic animosity continue to, and I would argue, will remain the driver of political decisions and policies for the forceable future. Isrealie and Arab relations will determine events, Cypriot and Turkish relations will determine their future, Arrabunna, Pitjantjarra and Mantiltjarra relations will determine theirs.
A recognition of the essential components of differing groups.... Determined by a miriad of unknown and somewhat chaotic factors will determine the future....
The bleatings of an idialised world view, whilst entertainings..........
