By Kerry Corke, published 31/3/2011

Maybe the ALP didn't desert the demographic, it just ceased to exist.

Twaddle, Tristran and the original labor founders would have told you so and definately told you to get off their case.

The same applies today. You are doing no working person any favours by foisting your socialist cr.p ideas upon them. Just leave them alone. Vote for them but let them decide what is best for themselves.

"Extremes in Australian Politics"?
That's the joke. There are no extremes, when both major parties tussle over the centre like squash players, and the Greens 'do lunch'.
I was (and always have been) deeply offended -again- by that traitorous rat Keating's arrogant letter to Robertson.
(for more than 350 words, see:

Well he should be ashamed to be in the same party as Robertson.
Robertson is a Labour man (with a 'u'). Keating is/was a NeoLiberal in sheep's clothing.
No moral authority? The man stood against privatisation of the Power grid, and Work Choices. What 'moral authority' did Keating ever have?
I wonder if the reason Keating is so pissed, is because Robertson is the man Keating was supposed to be.

Kerry suggests the Libs were saddled with the Nationals, & so labor won the green vote. Prophetic isn't it.

Now we find Labor not only saddled with the greens, but they have now fallen to being controlled by them, just as they have reached/passed their zenith.

As more people recognize the radical ratbaggery of the greens, Labor will be well & truly saddled. It will be interesting to see how they try to wriggle out of a love affair turned sour, & if they have the guts to try.
