PPP's were developed to facilitate much needed infrastructure after governments found that their excessive regulatory positions, built by themselves through nimby kneejerk decisions could not deliver what the community or society needed.The squandering of shareholders fundes lays at the feet of government particularly the current green labor ones as they do not really want or desire the private sector and mess everything up by pandering appeasement to their special mates and paid dog bodies, greens anyone ? but their is no meat on the bone bob!
