The whole argument is farcical. In Queensland, Captain Bligh is giving the green light for mining companies to lay waste to viable food producing (and CO2 eating)land and rip all the coal out of these areas. She has also given the green light for companies to extract coal seam gas and use the aforementioned coal to power plants to compress the gas. But she definitely won't allow uranium to be mined in Queensland. Go figure!

BAN DIHYDROGEN MONOXIDE (DHMO)
http://blogs.telegraph.co.uk/news/jamesdelingpole/100067478/ban-dihydrogen-monoxide-now/ This confirms what I've long suspected Most of the protagonists in any debate don't have a clue what they're talking about. That applies as much to those who purport to debunk climate science as it does to those who support action to reduce CO2 emissions. It's the ignorant shouting at the ignorant. It just goes to show you that some people will believe anything won't they.
More solar, more wind, less carbon. Time for my Dihydrogen monoxide shower. Posted by 579, Friday, 10 December 2010 3:59:49 PM

"Australians are fatigued by talk. They want their government to take ambitious steps to tackle climate change."
These are the same Australians who nearly voted out a new PM after six weeks because of her apparent eagerness to get into bed with the Greens, right? I think the only appropriate response is: [Citation needed] Posted by Jon J, Friday, 10 December 2010 4:33:56 PM

Carbon may be responsible for more than we know about. Nature has been put off balance and needs to be corrected. Lets get on with it..
