Kidding right?

I cannot think of any promise that North Korea has made that has not been ditched as soon as convenient, or considered the new negotiating point six months down the line. I cannot believe that anyone would be naive enough to believe that North Korea would actually disarm even if they signed a treaty.

For decades the carrot has not worked, and now it is time for the stick.

Where has this bloke been for the last decade. N korea is out of control. Why would they want to conform to anything. They have just jailed 1000 people for watching s korean tv.
N korea is past the point of reform, get it over with;;
