OK Andrew so what of the future?
AS merv09 says, the statistics are being fiddled to make the economic data look better then it really is. Single income families cannot afford housing now, medical care is going US style: profit before service and user pays (and pays, and pays.)
Are we going to tackle prohibition, the cause of 80% of crime and something like 99% of corruption?
Are we going to keep screwing our kids with selective inflation or will progressive policy make a return?
Can we be honest about the US wars now? (Do we need to be the sycophant now that US is bust...or are we sticking with them when they default to China and use the military as an out?)
What about climate change? Do you "believe" one way or another or have you done enough research to lead to a rational but uncertain conclusion?
Any ideas on how we can avoid multiculturalism blowing up here like it has in the UK...or do we put that one in the "too hard" basket and just steam blindly forward?
Follow up article appreciated!
