Does anyone know where I can invest to get a share of the Cross City Tunnel dividend? It's funny that we all talk of this CCT operator as an entity when it ultimately points back to a group of people - some who are directly involved, others who benefit indirectly (and one who was killed.)

I'd like to take Terjes idea (first comment poster) a step further and suggest that all city bound drivers, i.e. those parking in the city, pay a toll. We should be aiming to reduce the total number of city bound vehicles - actually we should be trying to reduce motorised traffic everywhere.

What are the rules regarding horse drawn carriages :)
