My attitude was to wait 3 months to get a taste of the "Tipping Point".

If these CCPeople were really serious they would be talking about Nuke Power and not just Oz but facilitating Nuke Power for India one of the Major Polluters , this is Positive stuff ; Taxes will only Produce Dreamers and Bureaucrats .

Oz really needs "Water" before anything else , our Leaders should be offering Monitory encouragement not Grants but Prizes to Inventive people who can configure up Ideas to desalinate water using Solar Power, Heat to evaporate Fresh water from Sea Water then duplicate Nature to Condense the H2O vapor minus the salt back to water, too Easy really but not happening because Governments always like to hide behind Academics and Professors who never invent anything worthwhile , the ancient saying "BS Baffles Brains every time" applies .
