If history teaches us anything, it teaches us that power always craves more power.

That is true, but is not any reason in favour of an imperial presidency, which is what they're increasingly got. The 'left' and 'right' thing is a complete furphy - both the Republicans and Democrats are equally implicated in it, and those who think there is a significant difference between them are part of the problem, not the solution.

The West lives in an oligarchy in which the Corporates have taken both our freedoms and Govts hostage by their control of the media, resources, energy; but most of all,the control of the creation of money.

It all happened over the last 100yrs via atrophism(ie the way plants seek light) and fox cunning, without any heed to the common good.

Obama is just a puppet of the global corporates. He will do their bidding until his usefulness has expired.I don't think that Obama had a clue to how he would be manipulated and used to their ends.He is a narcissist and thus easily manipulated.

The USA has delivered almost 400 bunker busting bombs to Diego Garcia,
a strategic British Isand wthin striking distance of Iran.It seems the global corporates are intent upon stealing Iran's oil.

There are greater energy potentials within our grasp,ie hydrogen and nuclear fusion, yet the oil barrens cling to old monopolies in the vain hope of more easy rides. The oil dinosaurs have yet to realise, that their time is up.
