Lucy Montgomery like many others are Obama lovers, see him as the great messiah. You will not admit he is wrong because that would be admitting to your own flawed perceptions.Obama it seems,is the essence of all things pure and truthful. He kept Bush's Patriot Act which enables him to suspend the constitution and declare martial law .He wants to initiate Preventative Denention in which illegal combatants can be held indefinitely without trial or legal representation.Habeas Corpus will be annulled.

Now Obama wants illegal combatants assassinated. You Lucy, could be defined as an illegal combatant. What recourse would you have?

Obama is a puppet of the Oligarchs and does not pay heed to the well being and freedoms of ordinary folk.Obama is the apparition liberty dressed up as concerned socialism. He is more dangerous than Bush because people trust him.

China wants to be all powerful like the West once was and we are just becoming like them, letting a few elites determine our rights and freedoms.

Excellent article. However, shouldn't we be providing the world with a more rigorous and impartial assessment of every nation's investment efforts in Africa and elsewhere, beyond its own national borders?

Transparency International do an excellent effort in relation to the comparative ranking of corruption detected in each nation.

It's time for a similar independent body to monitor the quadruple bottom line of every nation's foreign investments, both sovereign and commercial with commentary on the highs and lows.

By exposing a world audience and particularly governments and CEOs to the league tables and best and worst case studies, decision makers will be shamed into lifting their game where investment is oppressive and exulted where it's investment policy and practice is a shining beacon of enlightenment.
