I can remember the days when a father would ask a tradesman if he could take his son on as an apprentice, tradesman would give the kid a three months trial and if the lad shewed promise would have the necessary papers drawn up.
Simple and effective system that produced our formerly very skilled workforce. Posted by Is Mise, Wednesday, 21 September 2016 9:51:59 PM

Well Steve, all I can say is we are what we sew.
The key to any successful kid is loving, caring, motivated parents because with this it is a very hard road if kids have to go it alone. As a long term employer, rarely do I see a young job seeker with both their mum and dad living under the one roof, so this is the first problem as many a young boy rules the roost once the overpower mum, which is usually who they live with. As for paying for a degree, do we all expect to waste the amount we have wasted over the past ten years, and continue to provide free everything for life. Just not possible. The other all too often fudged bit of info is in the repaying of the hex debt as they don't pay one red cent until they earn in excess of $54K per year, so what is the problem with that because most degrees that lead to jobs are close to if not over five figures. Welfare was designed for the needy, not the greedy and most certainly not the lazy. And if parents want to have kids, their responsibilities don't end when the government hand outs end, in fact, they never end. So we can go on looking for as many excuses as we like, but the reality is most failures start in the family home and the reality is, as a nation, having governments wasted so much, we simply cant have our cake and eat it any more. I think we have peaked and we are now coming down the other side. Posted by rehctub, Thursday, 22 September 2016 6:30:32 AM

History lesson:
I theorise, Elizabeth the 1st and her court advisors were paranoid that English Catholics would eventually murder Elizabeth, placing a Catholic on the thrown. I theorise, classroom school education was formulated to mentally stress children, building hundreds of schools throughout England, causing mentally stressed complaining children to be punished. Punishments would provide obedience to authority, fearful of punishment citizenry. A citizenry that can't think, having undergone 12 hour day lessons, 6 days a week, Greek and Latin schooling, topped off with performing Shakespearean murder/suicide/death story plays. Journalism is so redirecting: mental stress, depression statistics; suicide statistics; unskilled work force. When media topics are occasionally brought to public attention, real topics hold media attention for short moments. Journalistic talents turn concerning topics into long drawn out sentenced conceptual bureaucratic formulated language, infusing politics, zero recommended solutions mentioned, eventually returning to everyday (soft sex value) political scandals and democratic parliament processes. Dummying down citizenry using compulsory classroom schooling long hours of mental stress, ensuring citizenry are: divided; helpless; reliant on government; believing they have absolutely no say in anything; having such short attention spans due to watered down, rambling and/or short headline statements. The process of information is to punish curiosity and keep it stupid. Opinionated Panel of experts: headline topics; express whose politically in charge of processes; may provide a history leading to problem issues; quote millions of dollars have been spent in an attempt to solve problem issues; collected data states problems continue to get worse in attempts to express democratic transparency. Panel opinion process turns into propaganda exercises of democratic transparency, having to explain failed to solve problems, Nauru being one example. Roll-over the same irrelevant to citizenry topics, soon most every citizen fails to care. All foreign crisis rolled-over daily news stories, I suggest are used to wear down, redirect most busy watchers sense of caring. People are so dumb down by such irrelevant information comparisons to their own lives, school education mental stress punishments to think, based on confusing memory updates. The many problems citizenry have that are not resolved, left without being addressed. Posted by steve101, Thursday, 22 September 2016 10:04:17 AM

School education is about punishing intelligent thought. Learners are merely repeating what is being forcefully remembered, together with mental stress traumas. Students are forcing onto themselves an ability to focus on the simplest, easiest to quickly remember selective information that aids passing assessment examinations. Assessments calculate how efficient the education rolled-over irrelevant information poor language communication learning curriculum dummying process is working.
The number of suicides statistically reported, indicates the concern citizens have in complaining why suicides are not solved and continue to increase, even though several reported studies and/or journalists programs focus attention on increased schooling. Why Do So Many School Children Kill Themselves? http://www.ibtimes.com/japan-school-children-suicides-after-vacation-many-young-students-kill-themselves-2059931 2014 an average of 70 people committed suicide every day. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Suicide_in_Japan South Korean School Students committing Suicide. http://www.voicesofyouth.org/fr/posts/student-suicides-in-south-korea I strongly suggest, the media are more concerned about reporting (soft sex) equivalent: political scandals, exampling Stephen Conroy resignation speech before his party leaders had a chance to know of the pending speech. A plebiscite on gay marriage gets a mention... gets a mention... gets a mention, in daily media stories, punishing listeners’ curios willingness to listen to news stories. Story disappears for a period, returning to punish listeners attention span once again, which I am sure wears down listeners attention spans knee-jerk reactions, who feel the issue is overly reported and/or don't like the idea of gay marriages. News stories become all about the democratic political process, constantly reinforcing beliefs, past the point that any remaining citizenry having a sense of curios concerns, don’t bother to even care to know. Citizenry who concern themselves with politics, I could assume, are treating politics similar to citizenry treats sports as a curiosity to what might be happening, placing their own assumed opinion into the conversation. And/or there's few better concerns to be concerned about. And/or listeners did so when they were children, are doing so as adults. Posted by steve101, Thursday, 22 September 2016 10:05:55 AM

On September 6, 2016, ex-prime minister John Howard addressed the Canberra press club. During questions, John Howard made a significant statement. John Howard said, during the Korean War, in one year, Australia had 28% inflation.
Australia has abandoned consumer product manufacturing. Australia is no longer manufacturing consumer products needed to get citizens to work. Working class work force can't do without motor vehicles and motor vehicle fuels. If by exampling Donald Trump were to become U.S. president. Trump has suggested he will make America great again. Trump is going to set trade agreements back several years. Trump is going to restrict immigration to allow complaining U.S. Americans, opportunities to raise wages. If aggressive Trump to Asian importation of cheap manufactured products results in raising U.S. tariffs, increasing import taxes. Asian countries may raise a verity of tariffs on Australian exports, reducing Australian exports. Australia, eventually raising tariffs on Asian imported consumers goods. Australia could end up similar to Venezuela’s high inflation, stealing citizens long years of saving accumulated wealth in cash. Venezuela’s relies on crude oil exports, having to import all other commodities. http://time.com/4144648/these-5-facts-explain-why-venezuela-is-in-big-trouble-still/ I theorise there is an end of time economic pattern. The pattern begins with high interest rate environment economy. As interest rates decline, share markets’ share prices increase. Companies’ borrowings interest rate servicing only, a climate of reducing interest rates increases company profits, increasing share prices. As bank term depositors are saving cash, depositors conditioned familiarity with high interest rate rewards for not spending money, encourages saving. When term deposit rates decline, savers take chances, investing in investment company assurances of high returns. http://users.cecs.anu.edu.au/~James.Popple/publications/articles/retroactive/7.shtml Many people had their savings guided into these investment companies during the 1960s and 1970s. Many investors lost their savings, many investors committing suicide. The above attachment seems more concerned with taxes than investors’ savings. A society of badly educated, thought traumatised, financially ignorant citizens, seems to have excepted their loss of wealth as mere fate. My assertions are, investors were set-up by the rich boys club ruling class establishment. Posted by steve101, Thursday, 22 September 2016 10:08:04 AM

School traumatised, badly educated, financially ignorant investment company investors, not thinking to ask the right questions, get court out by margin calls during market down turns. Further examples of why citizens are constantly having their need to be curios, punished by irrelevant media stories and bad education.
During the 1970s, after 1968 highly distracting: Apollo missions; Whitlam government; Nixon Watergate... the Vietnam War was partly used to explain worldwide high inflation. Another reason was bond interest rates equaled inflation rate statistics. An OPEC crude oil shock, citizens driving around in heavy 1960s motor vehicles, consuming ever increasing fuel costs fuels. In October 1979, gold peaking at US$800 an oz, the U.S. dollar was weakening in value crisis. A change in interest rate policy had interest rates placed above inflation rates. Gold fell to US$400 an oz. I theorise, Australia is being set up. The post WW2 baby boom asset wealthy generation, born around 1946, is presently aged around 70 years. The next generation I conclude will be denied much of the inherited wealth, through various means. Two methods, of which are high inflation and stagnant property prices similar to the early and mid 1970s... and stagnant market traded share prices similar to from 1970 to 1982. The other alternative method is a period similar to 10 years of the 1930s depression. My suggestion is, that Donald Trump is part of a long time ago, pre-planned candidate for the world economic power leader, U.S. president, Trump being somewhat said to be independent from the Republican Party candidate, who was planned to take responsibility for future loss of wealth experienced by the post WW2 Baby Boom generation. Donald Trump's embarrassing behaviours are similar to school rooms embarrassing judgemental mentally stressed students' emotionally felt as true anecdotal evidence that allows poor thinking adult voting citizenry to believe every judgement felt, that Trump’s presidency is not a conspiracy to steal citizens wealth. The voting public will be blamed for any future economic declining results, for voting Trump into political power. Posted by steve101, Thursday, 22 September 2016 10:11:26 AM

Brexit could be another excuse for future high inflationary periods. Great Britain, England is a dominate motor vehicle manufacturer in Europe, shown on an episode of Top Gear. Any rising of trade barriers on completion of England's “free trade block” separation from mainland Europe, any resulting high inflation can be blamed on England’s voting public, freeing capitalism from any responsibility.
As explain previously, bond interest rates rise, bond holders lose by the same increasing interest rate, times the number of remaining years bond holders hold on held bonds. …..................... I am aware, having been told in around 1999 by media... through history first famous person names, names have meanings, and words in headings also carry secret messages. Alexander the Great, is not a person any person would want to know, and/or want to meet. Alexander likes to play god. The word “Great” when realised with Alexander the Great, indicates a person well left alone. When Trump says “making America Great again” I assume he's warning selective people in the know, of what he's about. Posted by steve101, Thursday, 22 September 2016 10:14:48 AM

Sadly you are on the ball. Governments, moved by God knows who or what, are rapidly gravitating the populace to a single common denominator in all spheres of life. One size fits all except for the cashed up higher classes, that magical 2% that control 90% of the wealth pool. Is Mise, Apprenticeships today have no meaning other than as a financial bonanza for so called training organizations that suck the public purse. The modern tradesman has no concept of the true nature of apprenticeship. He has a continuous flow of trainees and has no concept of loyalty because he came through the same TAFE/Trainee programs. He is trained to accept whatever is thrown his way. rehctub, Who pays higher education fees? Certainly not the student. Billions of dollars are owed bu VET students and because these debts might cause psychological damage to the graduates the government is trying to work out some way of forgoing collection. Not collecting the fees but writing them off the books for the student. We spent millions on the likes of Ian Thorpe in education and training and he never repaid a penny. My parents had to work their guts out to pay, up front, our university fees. If a degree is not worth paying for it is not worth having. Kids can't compete exam wise today because in dunce might get called for what he is, a dunce, and that might hurt his feelings, Exams are based on multiple choice so whom has the better memory gets the correct answer and not the diligent student. Even if you guess wrong you get marks for trying. What a load of crap. Posted by chrisgaff1000, Thursday, 22 September 2016 11:54:21 AM

As a product of the services apprenticeship schemes and later TAFE/Universities, I may qualify here.
The "competency based assessment" seems to be the culprit, with its Trainer Assessor (usually someone with no actual experience in the trade or with any subject matter knowledge). If all the boxes are ticked, the attendances are satisfactory, then the trainee/apprentice gets the module passed and so on until the core modules are done, followed by electives if required for that trade. I have observed tradespeople on the job who had absolutely no idea of what they were doing. All done under the AQTF system on a national level. Then we have the states and their various differentiation e.g. electrical codes and codes of practice. Whilst doing my 2nd trade as Refrigeration Mechanic, I was called into the senior tradesman's office at 5 minutes to knock off on a Friday afternoon to be advised I would be going to a recently completed air con install to repair damaged tiles that the Electrical and Refrigeration tradies had broken. Given a lunch bag full of pre mix concrete and informed that it would be a "45 minute job tomorrow morning". There were 137 tiles actually broken, and it was for the fact that they knew I did a job properly (Army trained perhaps?) I spent the day hauling that particular company's butt out of the fire. The client was going to court on the Monday to sue for damages. Whilst at the same company, I quietly advised the senior tradesman that another job would soon be biting them on the bum. They had won a lucrative contract with a WA government department to supply/install/service ac's on GEHA housing in a remote town. Suffice it to say the contract was won due to their under-sizing the ac units (per unit cost hence lower quote). With ambients of 45 degrees Celsius, it wasn't long before the compressors were burning out due to their constant running day & night. I spent the next 6 weeks doing ferry runs from Geraldton to Meekatharra replacing burnt out compressors...surprise surprise ! Posted by Albie Manton in Darwin, Thursday, 22 September 2016 1:23:49 PM

My opinions are, Australia is moving away from: higher skilled; higher paid, workers to more mere minimum wage unskilled: food preparer; waitresses, directed at workers who don't enter university. University students delaying working wage incomes, having to pay university fees, spending many years to obtain degrees, providing higher education teacher employments, in most instances, most final employment skills could have been carried out with less traumatised student' HSC qualifications.
This indicates that the Powers That Be in Australia have determined that Australia shall be a low skilled low paid country while some other country is high skilled and high paid. Its predictable but never the less, no less sad that the Australian People were never involved in this discussion and decision. @steve101, in response: yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, and "I theorise, Australia is being set up," definitely yes.
Look no further than our 'political class' who have not been doing their jobs competently for nigh on 20+ years and have collectively 'sold out' the Commonwealth of Australia inter alia all 'The People' of this nation. Of course this elite class are merely the 'Public Relations Directors' delivering what is asked of them by the Psychopathic driven fraud and power grab of less publicly accessible people in power. Politicians overall, not everyone, are too stupid, ignorant, unintelligent, gullible and so unaware to even realise they are being played like fiddles. Those that are fail to speak truth - until Lambie showed up. But she is on the outside, not inside. But there's big money in it, celebrity status, feelings of self-importance, egos regularly massaged by their 'owners'. A lifetime in highly paid post-politics bludging to look forward to. No time to think ethics, integrity, morals, nor honouring Oaths! It's a survival game. Easily played off against each other. Eventually, Australians might work out that 'Honest' John Howard was the worst most divisive, manipulative, incompetent, dishonest PM our nation has ever had! Thankfully Abbott didn't last to cause too much damage. A wake up call of sorts and yet no know has faced reality yet. There's no one with conviction to turn this Titanic around. I do not believe anyone, individually nor collectively, will or can. The People are in a semi-coma with only a few left awake. Equivalent to Germans in the early 30s - sleep walking on the look out for an easy out from their predicament. They grabbed the short straw - I suspect we as a nation will too. - An overview at some tips of this Iceberg we are about to hit: Psychology, Politics, Economics, Math, Ethics and Morality are inseparable! http://drive.google.com/file/d/0B-M0yAR0UPhPY3VEN0ZDalVNekk An eagle-eyed look at one key aspect of the Con being Run (aka the 3 card trick) 2013: Satyajit Das - The Australian Dream is Over http://youtu.be/3K2m7NnO7iY - Posted by Thomas O'Reilly, Thursday, 22 September 2016 8:16:57 PM

Psychopaths are as prevalent in the Corporate world [and POLITICS] as they are in Prisons
At the same time ethical and integrity issues surrounding the Sam Dastyari affair and Corporate donations to political parties is top of mind a very closely related item has hit the newspapers. Journalist Anna Patty published a story in the SMH today titled "One in five bosses is a psychopath, research reveals." Ref: http://www.smh.com.au/business/workplace-relations/one-in-five-bosses-is-a-psychopath-research-reveals-20160913-greyg6.html Anna reports that: "Forensic psychologist Nathan Brooks and research colleagues Dr Katarina Fritzon of Bond University and Dr Simon Croom of the University of San Diego looked at the psychopathic traits of people working in the business sector. Their research will be presented at the Australian Psychological Society Congress in Melbourne this week." Nathan Brooks suggests executive recruiters should place a higher priority on assessing the personality traits of candidates. He said, "Many companies have their recruitment screening back-to-front." "It needs to be firstly about the candidate's character and then, if they pass the character test, consider whether they have the right skills." Dr Brooks said. It's is at least self-evident to myself that this approach surely needs to start applying to political candidates, as well as those 'executives and staff' working across Political Parties and taxpayer supported Think Tanks. Scientific research such as this objectively supports the increasingly common view of the need for an ICAC styled Federal Anti-Corruption body being established. Likewise it indicates that calls for a Banking-Finance-Insurance Royal Commission are more than justified. The SMH report goes on to say: The 2008 Global Financial Crisis has prompted researchers to focus on the so-called "successful psychopath" - high-flyers with psychopathic traits including insincerity, a lack of empathy or remorse, egocentric, charming and superficial. Dr. Brooks said the research has major implications for the business sector because the "successful psychopath" may also engage in unethical and illegal business practices and have a toxic impact on other employees. "Typically psychopaths create a lot of chaos and generally tend to play people off against each other," he said [end quote] Australian authors of study: http://www.forensicpsychologycentre.com.au/nathan-brooks/ http://www.researchgate.net/publication/239795209_Self-Report_Psychopathy_in_an_Australian_Community_Sample http://bond.edu.au/researchers/research-strengths/faculty-research-profiles/society-design/c-firm and http://apps.bond.edu.au/staff/profile.asp?s_id=415 - Posted by Thomas O'Reilly, Thursday, 22 September 2016 8:23:33 PM

It's not first time issues around Corporate Psychopaths and Destructive Leadership have made the news.
My own personal experiences and anecdotal reports tell me that there is no shortage of psychopathic, narcissistic, antisocial tendencies present at most senior levels in Australian businesses and institutions especially the Media. I know that 'Eddie O'Beid' is not One-Off Exception - but IS the Rule. Psychopathy manifests in all kinds of ways but is kept private, covert, unseen, and rarely reported by those who know. Victims of psychopaths in business (people with integrity usually) have to quit to get away - if they are not fired first. Integrity and a Conscience is always looked at a direct THREAT. Anyone with involvement up to Board level would know for certain the Minutes of Board Meetings do not always reflect the nature of business done nor cover all 'the discussions' behind decisions made. Should a concerted public call for effective Whistle-Blower protections in Business arise, I believe corporate reactions will make the response to the Mining Tax look like a minor 'storm in a tea cup.' "There's nothing new under the Sun." Behind every institution and corporate entity are real people coming in all shapes and sizes. Human psychology including pathological personality disorders and psychopathy are never far away. Albie Manton in Darwin, I agree totally with your assessment of trainees.
I have three apprentice butchers, a 1st year and two almost ready to qualify. When my boys finish they will be capable of running a shop, however, all that is required is that they perform each task just once and in some shops they never do that task again. The result is that in butchery these days there is an alarming trend whereby so called 'qualified butchers' are having difficulty holding a job as their skill levels are simply below par and they don't represent value for money. Self assessment has been a dismal failure. Posted by rehctub, Thursday, 22 September 2016 9:23:46 PM

I want to chuck in my 2 cents and state that I am sick and tired of the mistruths and attempts to manipulate my thoughts and opinions by the corporate media, who treat me like a mushroom.
Almost every single article I read these days seems like it was written by some leftist globalist halfwit that seeks not to give it to me straight, but tries to influence me with biased BS. And they are written in a way that starts out non-biased but you know where they are going. They treat me like a 5 year old that can't think for myself and its downright insulting. For they represent the kids at school who were bullied, immigrants and queers who were picked on and pretty much give a voice to any weakling that screams inequality at the expense of our country. They're traitors and I'm fed up with reading their war mistruths and propaganda. Here's the article that angered me. http://www.smh.com.au/world/syria-a-brutal-time-warp-to-cold-war-rivalry-20160919-grjep2.html It's really peeving me because we are at the brink of WW3. (And no-ones paying attention) If Syria is lost, Israel and Qatar will get the oil pipelines they want into Europe destroying whats left of the Russian economy. So it's do or die for Russia. US is in a similar position. If it doesn't keep support for the Petrodollar its economy goes down too. And we see that the US isn't budging. US is being pushy, forcing it's hand trying to stop Assad flying in his own country. Interesting article showing things are heating up. http://en.farsnews.com/newstext.aspx?nn=13950631000607 Not only are we at the brink of WW3 but we deliberately took part in firing the first shot. The attack on those Syrian soldiers a few days back ended any chance for peace between Russia and the US. So now all out war IMO is inevitable, unavoidable and history books might one day say that it's already begun. Posted by Armchair Critic, Thursday, 22 September 2016 11:46:26 PM

@Armchair Critic, comes out fighin' fists a flying - by some leftist globalist halfwit - but tries to influence me with biased BS. - I'm fed up with reading their war mistruths and propaganda. - It's really peeving me because we are at the brink of WW3. (And no-ones paying attention) -- (I AM HAVE BEEN FOR YEARS) --
Ouch! Damn, you're da man (nothing new there for me) - but what I do not get (seriously) is the first line " by some leftist globalist halfwit " .... I haven't read your link yet (maybe I should have) but generally these matters are usually ALL Neocon CIA PR Neoliberal driven BS. Now I know that Labor have been on the neoliberal bandwagon since Hawke/Keating but they were not "leftists" and nor is todays Labor Party .... so I am 'confused' by your labels. Man I have seen articles on the Guardian and others that pure shill Neocon rhetoric that must have been written by a CIA Operative sitting in the White House and not a UK/French journo which the byline said. so fwiw "globalist" is NOT a leftist conspiracy it is driven by Finance and Big Business = shareholders and movers and shakers - it is not a workers neo-nirvana. And fwiw the last thing Obama and Hillary are "leftists" or "socialists" so if you're calling them "lefties" that ain't right or kosher, they are not. But Obama sure did go into bat for the good ole "globalisation bs is great for jobs and growth" myths at the UN .... he's a great at giving speeches ... but so was Hitler. (shrug) Oh and btw, if WW3 is on our door step everyone will lose, but the US definitely will not win this one. Dumb Europeans should have dumped NATO and we should have dumped anzus long long ago. But whatever, the traditional career politicians are idiot hacks and brainwashed zombie cultists, let's face it. @Armchair Critic fwiw parse it carefully
The SMH article was wishy washy smarmy nothing of import imo. reusing the poor kids photo as if it means anything - may as well toss in some lolcats and keep people 'happy' re "The operations room was located in the Western part of Aleppo province - Several US, Turkish, Saudi, Qatari and British officers were also killed along with the Israeli officers." Um, idiots! Putin did warn Netanyahu straight before the Russians went into to Syria. Oh well - why are they on Syrian territory near Aleppo in the far NW? A drover's dog and a stray cat did turn up to hear Turnbull's. :-) What can I say http://www.internationalaffairs.org.au/review-dangerous-allies-by-malcolm-fraser/ - Malcolm told me he'd read it. Hey Thomas,
It was just the whole 'Putin invaded Ukraine, Assad did gas attacks' narrative that got to me. I know the first ones a lie and suspect the second to a lie be too. or the "Ministry of Opinionated Gullible Idiots" ?
I was thinking about what you said/raised for a while last night. I'll try to capture my take away notion - what I am sick of are 'journalists' and non-journalists these days who have been made into celebrities and 'players' in the great game of politics/govt (aka the Palace Court in the olden days) Journalists used to REPORT THE NEWS - they were messengers passing along the known FACTS. More knowledgeable than most others they would tell their readers not just there as murder or a war, but locate that place on a map for you so you knew where it was happening, and maybe what language they spoke. They would report verbatim what the 'president/PM' said verbatim, without comment. Now they are mainly like opinionated ideological gas bags who just HAVE to tell the audience what they should THINK about xyz, not only that xyz happened last week. Therefore they very much treat their readers like children or uneducated African slaves on a plantation in Louisiana. The non-journalist OPINIONATORS are even worse. Blathering nitwits pushing their own version of their personal RELIGIOUSLY HELD WORLD VIEW couched in political or economic terms. Then on shows like Q&A and Bolt and the DRUM and FOX and SKY and Insiders you get these "journos" who imagine they are as important, and knowledgeable, and qualified to judge wtf goes on in Canberra or whatever, AS IF they are "Insiders" when really they are more like puffed Rats who get whatever crumbs the Pollies choose to tell them - and they are played like mice by the Pied Piper while imagining they are critically important people - able to JUDGE and PRONOUNCE SENTENCES on all and sundry. Man, I am sick of it. It's not just about SHILLS from Think tanks spriuking their wares, it's pseudo-journos colouring everything they say and how they say it according to their 'own political convictions' and personal values/beliefs. - Posted by Thomas O'Reilly, Friday, 23 September 2016 9:45:25 AM

And it doesn't matter which NEWS anyone watches the exact same "video clips" are shown ... so get to hear Obama or Turnbull or whoever say the same two sentences a thousand times in 24-48 hours and you get NOTHING ELSE.
In this include venues like this and some many most of those who write articles here - it isn't about whether i agree or disagree it's the METHOD and the intentional Sophistry (aka Propaganda Public Relations techniques, same thing) and lack of true factual reporting that gripes my cookie most. Then some are more "holier than thou" than others ... Opinion Makers? Not worth tuppence. It's crap. They are crap (incompetent, lazy or sellouts, I don;t care why.) TV newspapers online news the guardian, crikey right wing left wing doesn't matter they are ALL crap and a waste of space and time. People should ignore them all and stop wasting their time and money. Sitting in front of a poker machine is more productive and better value for money than listening to the stuff that masquerades as news and in depth reporting these days. cheers, my vent for the day - you touched a nerve and a long term disgust in our polity - LOL Posted by Thomas O'Reilly, Friday, 23 September 2016 9:48:38 AM

The subject of narcissism has crept into the conversation.
My... second revised edition, “Dictionary of Psychology” J.P. Chaplin, Ph. D. page 295. narcissism; marcism: 1. self-love; exaggerated concern with the self; 2. (Psychoan.) an early stage of human development characterized by extreme concern for the self and lack of concern for others. Narcissism may persist into adulthood as a fixation. I have known a man who has been on Centrelink Pension support for mental depression for more than 20 years. Diagnosed with mental depression, he told me in year 2000, he consumes the strongest anti-depressant drugs his psychiatrist could prescribed. He shows an extreme unwillingness to lose an argument. When he was married over 25 years ago, his wife was constantly unhappy with him, his wife was constantly calling him a “bighead”. He would constantly criticise his born in a country town wife as though she was stupid, laughing as he walked away. After his wife told him to go, her having found a new boyfriend. The man I know was very distort. The man I know, his narcissism, separation, mentally depressed from his wife emotional sadness, drove him into doctor's prescribed medication. 2 years later he was unemployed aided by Keating's “recession Australia had to have”. In 1999, Radio National Life Matters morning quest speaker, brought to my attention, as part of gaining my confidence, I assume in order to eventually persuade listeners to do unwise behaviours. Guest speaker said, school eduction was a main cause of mental illness. I soon questioned the mentioned man about his school days. The man was very proud of his time spent in school. I would not have questioned the man about his school days if not for the Life Matters guest speaker prompts. Posted by steve101, Friday, 23 September 2016 11:10:00 AM

Endorphins are compared to morphine. Morphine is addictive, morphine has withdrawal problems, which are often solved by taking more morphine. My accusations are that children suffering from school classroom mental stress, intelligent brains, induce endorphins into the brain using physical hyperactivity (which is why humans like sports) developing ADHD, and quick delusional assumptions creating an irrational belief of their increased intelligence fuelled by child-like self-programming chemical rewarding which I believe are brain induced endorphins. Because of classroom: boredom; mental stressing work tasks; overly morphine withdrawal addiction, increasing inducing endorphins (morphine) self-medicating. Please read below Wikipedia analysis.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Endorphins Look down to the Wikipedia website page to: Depersonalisation Disorder: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Depersonalization_disorder I had told the man before his wife asked him to go, his wife was very angry with him. He told me he could not help himself. When his wife told him to leave, he at first knew he was responsible for his marriage break-up. Soon after I could hear him questioning himself, believing he was a nice guy, wondering why did his wife told him to go. He had convinced himself, his marriage break-up was all her fault. In 1999, the media had mentioned how educated people changed their ideas of reality. The mentioned man has almost no desire to start conversations; as I start conversations the man has few desires to continue conversations. My continued questioning found: Most all his incentives are about self-esteem: he wants to “feel good now”, he doesn't want to merely feel normal. To him, feeling normal is a constant buzz in his head. He had realised he had a gambling problem: he tells me, he feels he is very intelligent when he wins, when he loses, losing is bad luck, not his fault. No telling me this statement, he laughs. The mentioned man has pride in his ability to spell words; has good speaking English skills as though he was an A grade student, which he states he was an A grade class student. Moving down the web page on “Depersonalisation Disorder” to “Causes”, a degree of “not much is known” followed by mental stress that could easily be coming from classroom long hours of school education. The pre-frontal cortex comes into the reading.
My accusation is that school education hurries the brain, filling the pre-frontal cortex with useless trivial information, confusing probable intellectual rational thought that may have guided human behaviour correctly out of emotional childhood learning. My often accusations about school learning is that children attend school at aged 5 years, is too young. The mentioned man, I suggest, was not ready to attend school. The man I believe was child-like cleverly inducing endorphins into his brain, to self-medicate ongoing classroom mental stress. The man's enthusiastic partaking in teacher question and answer games, also mentioned by 1999 media as a cause of mental illness. Caused the man to be overly: competitive; narcissistic... the need to feel good to overcome mental stress, aided continued child-like, redirected emotional self-programming. Instead of child-hood physical action emotional self-programming merely fading away to a more barely being able to feel emotional responses. Children attending schooling too early while maintaining emotional self-programming. Classroom mental stress, children being held in environment of limited experiences, while being forced to compete with each other. Teachers restricting communication between students while being held in classrooms. Limited experiences children's short attention spans, short simple phrases. Emotional gratifications swings between smart and dumb. The Depersonalisation Disorder is an optimal diagnoses for school students' bad and irrational behaviours. Family violence issues where predominately men are blamed for, should be closely associated with many symptoms described on the Wikipedia website “Depersonalisation Disorder”. The idea that many people take illegal drugs even after many warnings are given, “Depersonalisation Disorder” plus the need to take medicating drugs to repress morphine withdrawal addictions. That people need to drink excessive amounts of alcohol. “Depersonalisation Disorder” fits the profile. Cut to the chase.Far to much talk and no action.
Christopher Porter ,The Minister of Social Services stated at the National Press Club this week that 80% of all Australian Income Tax is paid out in Welfare. This shocking statistic had no effect on his boss Malcolm Turnbull, who some six hours after Porter delivered his stats.Announced at the U.N.in New York that Australia would spend $150,000,000 on extra funding for refugees plus committed he would bring in Latin American Refugees into Australia to help Hillary Clinton to win the Presidential race. Trump has said that proportiately Latin illegals into the U.S.A. are much more likely to murder ,rape or rob than all other races in America. So Malcolm and you the Tax payers have committed billions of lifetime welfare for tthes new Latin Immigrants. As the ALP would say we could have build more Hospitals and Schools with these billions. As for education.Expectation is everything. The British education model for low expectation was the 11 year olds taking an exam and only allowing the top ten per cent to enter Grammar Schools .The rest were told they were dumb ,but at least there was a dumb job at the end of education at 15 years of age. Today an Australian youth can expect to stay in education for as long as it takes him to find a job.If he is looking for a technical job he will be fighting against Indians. If he is looking for a medical position he will be competing with everybody.Accountancy means fighting for a positition against a Chinese. So few jobs and so many people. @steve101, that's some really interesting info you've posted. Hadn't heard of some it before, and the 'education' connection sounds possible. Thanks. I may add some things later.
- @BROCK: "that 80% of all Australian Income Tax is paid out in Welfare." Is it? Do you have any problems with possibly being intentionally manipulated with sophistry by your Ministers of the Crown Brock? I think 1-2% of all Australian Income Tax is paid as a Tax Deduction/Credit to those who have a Residential Rental Property BUSINESS - a combined business sector running avg Net Loss of 25% per year, year after year. Should 100% all Income Tax payers be subsidising the long term wealth creation of ~8% of Taxpayers who are already in the top 20% of Income earners on the basis they run a loss making 'business'? Then also get a long term Capital Gain due to RE Price growth built into the system - with a 50% DISCOUNT off their CGT as well? Is that logical - fair - moral - a productive use of federal Taxes giving "welfare/income support" to the more wealthier of the nation? Because it costs approx. $4 billion a year which is ~ 10 to 20 times more than the federal govt has ever payed to 'subsidies the auto industry. The "spending savings" just announced were only $1.3 billion/year. (do check my numbers they are from memory) Framing PR Advertising Public Opinion - Framing effect (psychology) The framing effect is an example of cognitive bias, in which people react to a particular choice in different ways depending on how it is presented; e.g. as a loss or as a gain. People tend to avoid risk when a positive frame is presented but seek risks when a negative frame is presented. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Framing_effect_(psychology) http://www.cognitivepolicyworks.com/resource-center/education-policy-and-practice/the-framing-of-no-child-left-behind/ Cherry-Picking Fallacy Cherry picking, suppressing evidence, or the fallacy of incomplete evidence is the act of pointing to individual cases or data that seem to confirm a particular position, while ignoring a significant portion of related cases or data that may contradict that position. http://rationalwiki.org/wiki/Cherry_picking - Posted by Thomas O'Reilly, Saturday, 24 September 2016 12:04:36 AM

Hi Thomas,
Yes I did generalise, 'by some leftist globalist halfwit' and you were right to correct me. I see all these Soros, Neocons, Clintons, Private Central Bankers, Corporate Elites, Special Interests etc, as being part of the same stupid NWO club, though it might be naive to do so as they probably have their own different agendas. It's hard to make sense of the world, I don't exactly have a handle on it, but I think I'm more up to speed on a lot of issues than the average Joe. I don't totally get Aussie politics; who's supporting and funding who, and where all their real loyalties lie but I'm slowly trying to learn more. From what I get Labor party are progressive, with 'communist' undertones. Bill Shorten was on the George Soros funded 'GetUp's original board. http://concit.org/soros-and-his-australian-minions/ CFMEU is among the biggest donors to the Labour Party. http://www.afr.com/news/cfmeu-shop-assistants-and-united-voice-among-biggest-donors-to-labor-party-20160201-gmipq0 CFMEU has links to Communist Parties http://www.cpa.org.au/guardian/2014/1625/03-letter-of-solidarity.html So I'm not sure if Labour's 'Health and Education' is all just part of a script taken from the Communist Manifesto. Anyways.. I also think the US is not likely to win another world war if it comes to it. Russia's pushed too far ahead with it's electronic warfare capabilities and upgraded weapons and has a military pact with China. That attack in Aleppo on foreign intelligence operatives shows who's leading the rebels doesn't it? I hadn't seen the footage of US troops given their marching orders by the 'moderates' and I thought Iran wasn't going to allow any more Russian missions from its territory, though I'm not surprised. It seemed as though they were just upset that Russia had made it public. The Malcolm Fraser article was interesting. Regarding my media criticism, It got to me for a second, putting two and two together to see that it's no wonder where this country is and how uninformed the average person is because of corporate media that fails to actually inform people and give them unbiased facts. Everything you said regarding criticism of news reporting, I agree entirely. Nice vent too BTW. Posted by Armchair Critic, Saturday, 24 September 2016 10:46:33 AM

Hi Prof. Armchair Critic - I am trying to get off this site and do a long list of chores, but people like you keep distracting me. :-)
I need to stop asap, however, I have read your comments and totally get it. And thanks for saying 'vent' rather than 'rant'. You got that correct. Can you imagine what I might say under parliamentary privilege and named names? lol Note the keywords of "FROM the CPA TO the CFMEU" Anyone can write anything they want TO someone. It doesn't mean they asked for it or agree. imo AC there is a mythical left-right false dichotomy in public discourse that is intentionally used to manipulate the public - and avoid the whole truth by all sides. They have become "trigger words" to activate deep subconscious emotions. eg Bob Brown's "big polluters" phrase. This is PR / Sophistry - false framing, no matter who uses it. It is of course inescapable, when it is pushed via the media who "report" the words into our homes. The Communists are as big a threat to Oz unions/society as us becoming a majority Muslim population under Sharia Law - ZERO - it's just not true. Joh used this same device in the 60s and 70s with his "reds under the beds" mentality broad brushing "labor" with it - it wasn't true then, it isn't today. There is one reasonable historical truth that persists in western society - Capital vs Workers - that's true, but only up to a point. There is more to the story. eg both sides have been and can still be corrupt liars and manipulators - the SPECIFIC Facts matter (truth?) more than claims made. All we EVER get is the rhetoric that pushes everyone's buttons one way or another. There is no genuine 'public opinion' it is always contrived and created by others. We are born into it. Whomever Controls Majority Opinion - Controls 'Reality' - Nth Korea or here, it's only a matter of 'degrees' or 'inches'. Point at the screen, look at your fingers. - Posted by Thomas O'Reilly, Saturday, 24 September 2016 12:59:54 PM

Ideological, religious, political or social. Our lives are made up of dogma of some kind, which demands that everything happening SHOULD fit into a narrow pov only. Nothing is more oppressive than 'public opinion.' Democracy is based on CONSTITUTIONAL Basic Rights to protect from 'tyranny of populism.' Mass consciousness of a culture/mindset/beliefs silences individuals, ostracizes genius, kills solutions, stops initiative, promotes mediocrity, thrives on injustice! Corporate Media (socialmedia) creates public opinion, not the people who are 'the silent majority.' Newspapers, TV, think tanks, special interests, especially Politicians and Parties CREATE 'public opinion' out of thin air. Most people follow that 'public opinion' established by the media. Not facts, evidence or truth about Russia, China, Ukraine, Syria, ISIS etc. 1960s Kennedy used hard evidence to SHOW what was happening in Cuba. What do we get in 2016? ONLY WORDS! CURRENT BELIEFS are artificially created by highly trained professionals, experts in psychology, writing scripts, marketing, PR. I know as Marketing Exec in former life, AIM member. PM Fraser, statesman truth teller, was soundly defeated by relentless 'public opinion' techniques. He was laughed into the wilderness as an old fool. I watched this happen to him for years - I knew everything in his book a decade before! Today Howard is 'singing the praises' of Menzies. Part of planned strategy to SWING PUBLIC OPINION. An "advertorial" for a specific IDEOLOGICAL BELIEF to become the 'accepted new public opinion' in 2016 ongoing. It's all LIES aka Sophistry in action. Thomas, are you aware that that 20% you despise, are actually the ones paying the bills. This is because the rest either don't pay enough taxes to cover what they draw in welfare, or they don't earn, or earn enough to pay tax. ie, children, seniors and the likes.
It is really that unfair that those who pick up the slack get a bit back? People have to be a little careful they don't bite the hand that feeds them mate. Who do you think funds the refugees, those on the dole, or the pensioners, or perhaps those on $50K a year. The answer is NO!. It's the top 20% because they are the ones paying more in tax than they claim back. Would you like to pay 48cents in the dollar then get the tall poppy treatment just because they are supplying affordable houses for those who rent. The bills don't pay themselves mate, yet the underachievers think its their given right to hold their hand out. You're living in the past mate, the days of a free ride are coming to an end, and rightly so. Posted by rehctub, Saturday, 24 September 2016 7:43:51 PM

What is wrong all the people on this site, that they immediately cannot resist jumping to all these false assumptions about others, and slamming with accusations that only exist in you're own heads? Is there an unknown virus that people catch via this site when connected? It's simply the weirdest thing I have ever seen online, because it happens so much. People that I despise? Really! Your evidence for this rehctub is what exactly? the entrails of a sheep? I'm not interested in having conversations with people who are so disconnected from normal civil discourse and reality. Hey Thomas,
Yes there is a false left / right paradigm and its all about selling its own agenda to the masses rather than giving it to them straight. It's hard to try to sift through the sales pitch to get to the truth. Brock..Hi. Don't get me started on the issue of overseas tradespeople. On more than enough occasions at various mine & construction sites, I have had the displeasure of working alongside some of those nationalities you mention.
Get tooled up and on the task and say to tradesperson/TA " Can you go and get us a 46mm 'Flogging spanner' from the store please?"...20 minutes...35 minutes...an hour later they turn up with a 36 inch shifting spanner ffs! Shakes head and mumbles something indecipherable. I manged to get some of the better ones aside on a job and asked them about the issue of "trade certificates'...it seems that for around $350 Australian you can get the required documents from several agencies in Mumbai...think I'll go and get my "management degree". Welfare: unemployment; mental illness pensions; child benefits; old age; youth education allowances; subsidised youth employment; Tafe colleges; school teachers wages, baby sitting benefits; whatever else I have missed. Quoting statistics, complaining problems are getting worse, is little better than listening to QandA.
Politicians and bureaucratic systems I suspect justify their existence on talking and/or writing out reports related to budget financing solutions. The words “budget restraints” must be politicians and bureaucratic system's godsend. All excuses are placed on limited financing. QandA panellists answering what looks to be unscripted audience questions, the host limits the amount of time spent on answering audience questions. Panel guest supposed experts often politicians and ex-politicians, tend to justify increasing problems as to express democratic political process. Two politicians of different parties seen arguing on each other's term spent in government. I argue that on the political side, everything is almost perfect. Labour needed to feed populations: growing food; transporting food; distribute food in supermarkets, fast food, restaurants. Few people can state they can't easily feed themselves. Percentage of people earning wages relates to available housing and a need for services, are balanced. Many employment opportunities in education provide employment for teachers, while slowing not needed wage earning employment youth from entering the employment market. University and unskilled youth trying to educate themselves through Tafe colleges and private training services are slowing down youth from entering into wage income employment. I argue is entirely intentional. One government care provider may care for many unable to care for themselves persons whom are unable to pay for their care giving services. Centrelink bureaucrats obtain employment to manage payments to welfare recipients. I accuse the education system curriculum of traumatising human brain thinking processes, to allow no thinking acceptance, believing media presented cultural responses, beginning from childhood learning years. Asking for rational discussion on solving long term running problems, leads to instant knee-jerk acknowledgement of mentioned complaints, that excepting acknowledgement of complaints leaves concerned people believing little can be done to solve complaining issues. My conclusions, unemployment welfare pays people not to work because their labours are not required. Posted by steve101, Tuesday, 27 September 2016 2:30:26 PM

Sharks attacking swimmers becomes a problem media focus on. Coming up with solutions to solve rare shark attacks on the N.S.W. north coast, fails due to badly thought, unproven solutions.
A below paragraph taken from below website page: In 2013, 348 young people aged 15 to 24 years died by suicide - more than any other cause, including road accidents, cancer, and assault. Concerningly, the new data shows an upward trend in the rate of suicide among young people aged 15-19, and the overall rate of suicide among young people aged 20-24 remains stubbornly stable. http://about.au.reachout.com/youth-suicide-2015/ Psychology professionals will say many mental illness issue problems begin during childhood. Mothers, if asked, will most probably say, 'soon after their children first attended school, their children's curiosity for questioning parents on what's happening, declines'. I add, if parents were asked, parents would say their children became: drowsy; irritable; ODD; ADHD. When children are asked are to do something, children act as though they don't want to, yet do what's asked. When parents complain to principles, principles fog parents off as normal behaviour, they'll be fine. Children going to sleep… sleep believed to be an important part of memory development. Childhood brains processing all the daily mental stress feelings and poor achievements, restless brains don’t receive the correct restful sleep. Classroom education in the long term retards human ability to think correctly, neuron pathway development. Google, “hippocampous stress cortisol”: http://drgailgross.com/academia/effects-of-stress-on-the-hippocampus/ Mental stress increases cortisol in the blood, over years of too much mental stress, leading to too much kidney glans cortisol production. The brain's important memory learning component the hippocampous, too much cortisol shrinks the hippocampous. During 1990s ABC television Open Learning programs, a program series on psychology, described how cortisol damages the brain's hippocampous, causing people to become mentally depressed. One (in his 50s) gentleman example, described how he was suffering from years of mental depression. Yet, the man blamed his abusive father Posted by steve101, Tuesday, 27 September 2016 2:36:06 PM

Gonski, seems an ideal headline name to be use over many years. By merely mentioning Gonski, politicians convey an unobtainable ideal solution excuse. My suggestion, David Gonski was chosen for his name.
Gonski Gonski Gonski… Now state governments are arguing over un-even funding. The balance between state government funding and private school funding. Media fuelled arguments are redirecting curriculum dumb down, dummying. The process of complaining about minor problems, (shark attacks), while ignoring big picture items, merely indicates how bad education has limited educated people's ability to realise too much irrelevant babble is by the trickery of media redirection, worse than dictator governments. At least in dictator governments, people can become aware of rarely mentioned problem issues that may be kept unresolved... where democracy governments’ many propaganda transparency distractions, actually works. Religion, where religious representatives interpret holly scriptures from a book. Even when such representatives tell people to be aware of the devil, the devil will trick you; the devil comes in many forms. People can't realise the devil are all those religious representatives. Add the political system as well. You could say, people don't get abstract ideas and/or cryptic meanings. People simply believe what they are told comparing assumed thoughts with what's already believed. Recently finished series channel 11 late night “Braindead”, Washington politicians political processing, while describing brain dead politicians as honest, so everything seems to turn out fine... propaganda. What continues to be unresolved, seems to be caused by well spoken well rehearsed brain dead politicians. Posted by steve101, Tuesday, 27 September 2016 2:51:09 PM

Solutions are... place unemployed youth in the military. I suggest that for thousands of years, spare labour was placed in military service, exampling the Roman empire. Men spent something like 20 years in the Roman army. On retirement, soldiers received a plot of land from captured territory.
After the WW2, several years of rebuilding Europe; USA building freeways. The cold war; Korean; Vietnam War; military weapons created employment. If citizens complain about unemployment too much, wars work their way into the political concern. I suggest high rise buildings inside city centres are providing employment for people who otherwise, in the past would have ended up in some military service. Building war ships, sailors working on war ships, scrubbing decks. Posted by steve101, Tuesday, 27 September 2016 2:55:38 PM

Coming back to the below website page. I find the reading important to my arguments to why classroom long hours of schooling mental stress beginning at aged 5 years, is designed to turn children in zombies for their remaining life span.
Google, “hippocampous stress cortisol”: http://drgailgross.com/academia/effects-of-stress-on-the-hippocampus/ I pasted the seventh paragraph from the top, of the above web-page onto the next paragraph: “When we are under stress, the HPA axis roars into action, preparing the body for crisis. Among other biological maneuvers, the amygdala commandeers the prefrontal cortex, the brain’s executive center. This shift in control to the low road favors automatic habits, as the amygdala draws on our knee-jerk responses to save us. The thinking brain gets sidelined for the duration; the high road moves too slowly. (p. 268)” My translated theories: Mental stress, plus quickening the brain's actions by hurrying time limited work task processes; fast moving sports, self-programs human intelligence to ignore pre-frontal cortex thinking processes, instead, act on what is needed to be done to carry out simple knee-jerk fight and flight actions. I also accuse education of filling up the pre-frontal cortex brain with trivial information, which has associated mental stress classroom memories memorised. As children only want to feel good to reduce mental stress, inducing endorphins to medicate mental stress, feeling good by quickly ignoring information which prompts pre-frontal cortex thought, thought is instantly ignored by impulsive need for flight and/or fight by arguing against whoever is imposing a thinkable concept. I can only assume many readers have not bothered to read the my suggested website reading due to their own not wanting to care, knee-jerk reactions. I strongly suggest forum readers should read the mentioned website page, the reading should open up a new understanding of what's really going on in media. Media programs which change scenes quickly, spoken words are short meaningless statements, quickly moving onto the next scene, short statements, I accuse are intentionally sabotaging any persons increased intelligence, who bother to watch. Boring/depressing media panel/interviewing irrelevant conversations are not self-rational argumentative information... more redirection from worthy pre-frontal cortex intelligence. Gambling addictions are new in the media, people are asking what's the secrets about gambling addictions.
I don't gamble... I do know a person that had a gambling problem with Keno and horse racing. The same man I have mentioned earlier, being mentally depressed. My theories are that once young children reached aged 7 years, having spent two years in classroom schooling. Teachers play question and answer games. Children's enthusiastic need to induce endorphins in the brain to aid medicating mental traumas, children are feeling good about getting teacher's trivial answers correct, while quickly ignoring getting answers incorrect, experiencing denial. Add the need to feel like a winner plus the knee-jerk reactions to flight away from pre-frontal cortex thought. Gambling is an ideal pass time when feeling depressed an/or bored. Sports watchers enthusiastic about a chosen team winning games, enjoying moments of being on a winning team's side. When a chosen team loses, merely move onto the next stimulating endorphin inducing sport. …................... I occasionally see media stories on young children sitting on classroom floors, watching a teacher reading to classroom students, I assume children are aged as young as 4 years. Teachers are drawing children's attention towards teachers' spoken words. Children are curios and listen to teachers words. All children get to see are book pages of far away pictures. Soon children will become mentally exhausted having to spend lengthy periods listening to teachers spoken words. As children can't merely go to sleep, the process of traumatising the listening learning process has began. Children are not seeing the words teachers are reading, therefore there's no more value in listening to teachers' reading child-like stories than to watching television. If at least children could see each word being read by teachers, children could learn to read, before learning traumas become established. Posted by steve101, Wednesday, 28 September 2016 1:30:13 PM

September 29, ABC television news showed an example of credit card debt. A woman had lost her house, after a not mentioned bank over estimated her financial income, even though her bank account savings indicated the woman had little ability to service debt. The unknown bank gave the woman a credit card to further increase her debt obligations. The problem was blamed on bank employee commissions and performance timeframes.
http://www.abc.net.au/news/2016-09-29/credit-cards-could-be-next-banking-scandal/7886276 Story narrator ended the story saying, “the big banks are finding new ways to keep Australians hocked to the hilt”. For the same reasons mentioned previously relating to gambling. Banks take advantage of poor borrowing customers’ ability to correctly think. Borrowing customers allowing their financial decisions to be made on knee-jerk hurried decisions. Borrowers have little knowledge about borrowing money pitfalls, having more concerns about after work fun entertainment medicating stress relief. ….............. Are Australia's best medical professionals being sort from foreign countries, because Australia's education system is too obsessive about making sure every student gets HSC traumatised? Incentives to spend many more years of medical studying, and/or the drop-out university studying rate maybe high. Australian politicians seem as incompetent governors, making mistakes because of their stressful education, as mentioned... or are politicians good at acting out poor decision making behaviour transparencies as though they are similar to HSC traumatised Australians? Donald Trump seems to 'put his foot in his mouth' too often as though he is in denial. Trump's, constant denying having said inappropriate statements... when fact checked, Trump's denying is found to be wrong. Is Trump too educated for his own good, or is Trump a reasonably good actor? I missed the beginning of the first Trump and Clinton debate. A man I know who watched the entire debate, told me “when the debate began, the audience were cheering. The audience had to be told not to cheer”.
At what point would audiences realise their attention span for detailed knowledge was limited to very short sentences. My assumed theory being that anticipation of cheering, being part of a large crowd (group thought), a need to cheer outweighs the need to hear which candidate to vote for policies. From the start of the candidate selection Republican Party nomination, Trump was seen by journalist commentator experts as an outsider. Yet intellectual sounding media commentators indicated they were surprised Trump was selected as a presidential candidate. Last week in September, 4 Corners program shows the immaturity of college student’s group behaviours for Neanderthal physical activities: rapes and house initiations gone horribly wrong. Horribly wrong meaning poor decision making skills. As I have said, “pentagrams on flags symbolise evil”; “pentagrams symbolise the 5 wounds of Jesus”. The idea of sacrifice: suicide; being lead into unserviceable debt; being told invented stories, that has no relationship to usable useful thought; being told medical advancement and space fantasies stories that allow listeners to believe capitalism is good. Like Moses tricking 2 million people to walk into a desert, walking for 40 years... citizens are being set up financially, to allow a percentage of people to lose wealth. Even when media express how people lose wealth, the few listeners taking notice can't influence change. I theorise, Politicians believe citizens are so stupid, the more citizens are told the sky is falling in, the more citizens don't care to listen. Targeted by Russian bombs Aleppo, Syrian civil war maybe a contrived human sacrifice. The population of Syria had and maybe still have a high population growth percentage, women having too many children. I speculate, when the Syrian civil war ends another conflict will begin in some other part of the Middle East.
Nicolas Cage, “Lord of War” 2005 movie, myself having seen the movie on television during late night hours, the movie describes how worldwide terrorism is armed with AK47s. At the end of the movie, Nicolas Cage says to his Interpol capturer police officer, “the president of the United States sells more weapons in one day than I sell in an entire year. The president needs me to sell weapons to people he doesn't want to be seen selling weapons to”. Interpol police officer is commanded by a general to release Nicolas Cage. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xem9qI3xzo0 Hollywood produces many Apocalypse story movies as though Hollywood is producing new story line bible stories, Hollywood being the new bible story presenter. The Jesus cross being holly wood, provides a clue. To get away with lies, making out that Western economy leaders are morally good, school education traumatises children, to believe what they're told, in story format, based on the idea that people "get stories" as in people like to listen to stories, understanding similar themes. The few people realising human sacrifice redirected lies, are believed by leaders that badly educated humans can't accept reality. Posted by steve101, Friday, 30 September 2016 3:05:36 PM

I theorise, the reason many people/adults love their childhood sports, are that their parents followed the same sports, that children copy behaviours from their parents to fit in, and aided by classroom boredom and mental stress, children playing sports, feeling absolutely fabulous compared to school work.
While children are playing sports, spending time watching fellow students playing sports, children grown into adults are bringing back childhood memories of feel good hyperactive induced endorphins, reinforcement pleasures. Adults whom love to watch sports remember images which stimulates endorphins into their brains. As sports loving brains are all about the amygdala and mentally stress damaged hippocampous. …..................... I Googled: “education is about cannon fodder” http://www.americanthinker.com/articles/2014/10/education_and_the_cannon_fodder_2014.html Be aware, continued research leads readers to vague and boring long readings, I accuse of wearing down readers willingness to continue reading. Be aware that a number of readings focus on more resent names and events, yet exclude any psychological mental stress arguments to be the more relevant active dummying tool. Somehow published arguments don't strongly support education as dummying down population so populations may believe lies to allow populations to except being cannon fodder. The collapsed private training provider named “Vocation” mentioned September 28, on 10 news, was reported to be 80% financed by government; having collapsed last year; having ASIC investigate the share market traded company. A report shown by channel 10 news showed “inadequate controls” and “a lower quality training experience”.
http://www.abc.net.au/news/2016-09-29/john-dawkins-how-his-vocation-went-wrong/7890620 below is a quicker reading, yet less detailed than attachment above: http://www.abc.net.au/news/2016-09-28/john-dawkins-faces-court-over-vocation-collapse/7883942 The company director focused upon for being responsible for the training skills provider Vocation, is former Keating and Hawke government era treasure and education minister, aging John Dawkins. Channel 10 news said, after the government withheld $20 million of payments, $350 million share price was wiped off the value of the company, I can assume caused the company to collapse. I strongly suggest this is another example of boom and bust intentionally planned trickery-scam-theft from traumatised by educated investors, using capitalism excuses to trick people out of their investment savings. An item of propaganda influence: News media may announce that billions of dollars of unclaimed money is sitting in bank accounts in Australia. All people have to do is to go a website and enter your name and see if there is any unclaimed money you can claim as your own. How many people actually receive unclaimed money is a mystery. Yet, the propaganda value of wanting people to receive unclaimed money is good for providing anecdotal evidence that the capitalist system is not trying to steal citizens savings money. I'd say, John Dawkins is an old, does what he's told, member of the establishment. As a former minister of education and former treasure, investors would feel John Dawkins would know what he was doing. Financial advisers could recommend Vocation shares as a good/safe investment based on John Dawkins past experience. Past history, ABC Learning 2009 collapsed would have investors cautious, using John Dawkins would aid investment incentives. “Vocation” has managed to waste student applicants' time and money, having delayed students time in entering skilled proven by a training degree employment. The Vocation company collapse is one more indication of government seen attempting to provide skilled workforce training, blaming organisers of providing sub-standard teaching, denied future funding rather than insisting teaching standards need to be fixed. Announcing future funding will be refused, would obviously send traded share prices down.
Many Asian countries who are reported to have poor higher education standards, send their children to Australian universities because Australian universities are said to be believed to have a recognised better quality of education. Yet, you can read how Australian universities standards are sabotaged by foreign student poor speaking skills and the need for universities to provide a positive outcome service to paying customers. Foreign students cheating has been mentioned in the media several times. Foreign students becomes an intentional accuse for poor universities curriculum falling standards. Poorly educated Asian/foreign students that can't correctly submit to universities studying are themselves, were intentional traumatised by foreign educational institutions, into being easily tricked by government media propaganda. Wealthy Asians could send their children to Japan and/or Korea, known for excellent schooling and high suicide rates. I suggest, wealthy Asians are sending their teenagers to Australia for faked reasons of university studying, may well be away for Asian teenagers to enter into Australia as Asian students, avoiding Australian immigration laws. Foreign students become a foreign currency income excuse. http://www.internationalstudent.com/study_australia/working/student-visa-rules/ Several years ago, an unknown man suddenly appeared on a television news program, saying, “immigration is more like, foreigners need only find an employer, who will agree to hire a foreign visitor, and the process starts from there”. Does, Official immigration data leave out illegal visa over staying their time and/or the idea of foreign students are allowed to stay, entering through the back door of immigration laws. Foreign students are an excuse to dumb down the education curriculum to allow Australian universities a need to make profits because government budgets are strained to finance student education. Governments saying by giving tax breaks to high income tax payers, who would also place their unused income money into superannuation funds. Counties can better compete in globalisation economies. A recent SBS Insight program on literacy, had four middle aged adults being interviewed on why their reading literacy skills were very poor. The adults being questioned seem to focus their blaming accusations onto their school teachers, that teachers believe students couldn't to taught how to read, that students were too dumb.
http://www.sbs.com.au/news/insight/tvepisode/reading-between-lines Teachers not wanting to teach students; students believed to be too dumb to teach; accusing students of being impossible to teach, provides evidence to my accusations that children are having their learning ability to memorise, traumatised. Aids arguments that HSC leaver teenagers are more difficult to train, compared to, what I believe to be more capable to think children/teenagers that had not gone through school classroom learning education. When I attended school in the 1960s, I can't remember ever being asked to read. All that teachers asked students to do was to copy blackboard readings into student's text books before the period of the curriculum subject was suddenly ended, beginning a new curriculum subject. Students who could not read from the beginning of first entering school, could copy groups of letters without needing to read any words. I accuse the chalkboard copying as intentional hurrying tactics to stop many children from learning how to read, traumatising future learning incentives. Hurrying also limits students who could read needs to comprehend what's being read. Children who could read, reading short sentences, holding short sentences for short periods while copying short term memorised sentences into text books, than having to read the next short sentence, hold short term memories until each sentence is copied into a text book. All this hurrying turns into mental stress attached to short memory readings. Posted by steve101, Monday, 3 October 2016 1:12:48 PM

I don't remember receiving my first printing press text book until primary school year 3, and than the book was used to copy paragraphs into text books during home work. During the 1960s, primary school home work was optional, which I never did. By the time I reached high school, the class grade I was in was so low class students were not asked to do homework nor any chalkboard copying. Students were believed to be leaving high school before year 10.
My accusations are that education systems are being used to keep working class dumb, using government budget concerns, capitalist efficiency competition between foreign counties globalisation needs propaganda anecdotal evidence. Anecdotal evidence mere words are believed because badly educated citizens are educated to believe what media tell citizens to believe. Citizens scan their existing judgemental memories for simple/quick feel good answers, rather than think to come up with new idea solutions and reasons. The ABC and commercial broadcasting media limit debates on education to government funding. Never do I hear any complaints about the curriculum and/or real intelligent detailed discussions, having budget concerns banded from entering conversations other than one recent episode of The Drum, where a kindergarten teacher was allowed to complain about standardised testing requirements. Even though media forum guest speakers begin to say student education has been studied to show that funding has not proven to improve student grades, soon someone will guide conversation back towards funding issues. Issues between private schools and public school funding, state government funding fairness. Below transcript on below website relating to September 26, QandA: “Ms Vanstone said education funding didn’t necessarily need to keep rising, but maybe just be better directed.” what's missing in the transcript is Tony Jones stopped Amanda Vanstone from continuing her statement. Amanda complained that she wasn't allowed finish what she was saying. Tony Jones said he “agreed” with Amanda, than Tony Jones lead the conversation back towards funding. http://thenewdaily.com.au/news/national/2016/09/26/amanda-vanstone-qanda-refugees/ http://www.facebook.com/abcqanda/videos/10153722161301831/ ………... Mental illness: mental depression; why people enter into drug addictions; crime statistics; illiteracy problems; unskilled labour problems; domestic violence; suicide; etc... media presented issue discussions are little more than awareness. I accuse the media of being of the establishment propaganda machine, by the way society problem issues are worsening, yet some people say the problems aren't worsening merely being pointed out more often. I say the reasons problems are being expressed by media is because listeners who always look on the bright side of life, who don't want to worry, judge the media as honest in exposing societies declining problems... I say, media are desensitising citizens future rebellious complaints. Desensitising, is like the fog in gradually boiling water example experiment. Also, if media said nothing about society's problem issues, media could be accused of covering up society's governments not solving problems. What media listeners get are governments are unable to solve too many problems.
Crime is caused by bad education: illiteracy; frustration; students' destroyed self-esteem, where students needing to bully other students to regain self-esteem; repressed anger, need to have fun to medicate mental stress, bipolar behaviours. Teenagers having left school are difficult to train because of mental stress, made worse leading up to HSC. I accuse of being intentional sabotage, which teenagers' parents having poor intellectual skills, can't conclude to be deliberate sabotage. The best I can find from psychology readings, that readings are soft/vague/short in accusing school education academic learning mental stress to be a significant cause of human mental health. That media don't pick up on the few psychology readings which point to school curriculum, is because such exposures will not support a long income earning career in media. The mentioned above “The Drum” special episode on education, where a kindergarten teacher is complaining about standardised testing children. As a kindergarten teacher, she vaguely indicates that children are being traumatised.
Proceeding school year 2-to-12 number teachers, I assume would not want to teach children who are more intelligent than themselves. As soon as intelligent students realise they could teach themselves by merely reading worthwhile books, teachers lose a need to have teachers controlling students. Teachers merely become no need to train expendable baby stitters. I say, teachers are taught to teach badly, traumatising students... to allow students to move-on into each following year of schooling, traumatised by each year's schooling. Students traumatised by each previous year of schooling, each following year being forced to remember much the same curriculum subjects, student were forced to remember each previous year. All the problems society suffers from: unemployment due to inadequate ability to learn work skills; mental illness; crime; drug addictions. All come from: early childhood bad schooling; hurrying before ideas are correctly learnt; long hours of boring tasks. Yet, without social problems, many employment opportunities pretending to control problems, fewer of those pretending to control problems employment needs would be available. steve101. I give the below reading a title... “Worrying”.
Coming back to chalkboard copying… Add, teachers classroom talking out ideas to students as though students were instantly remembering what was being said. Students having to take notice of teachers, increases students' own awareness of existing mental stress traumas. Students reactions to teachers can been seen in ABC production, “Revolution School”. Children/students reading short sentences from a chalkboard, reader's internal voice, holding short term memories while feeling mental stress, copying short sentences into text books, etc. Mental stress awareness, I suggest feels similar to thought... thinking... I theorise sufferers of chalkboard copying and listening to teachers’ interruption/intermittent statements are repressing classroom prompted traumas, which in future will be mistakenly referred to as “worrying”. Teachers standing in front of classroom students, talking at adult speed speech, giving out instructions, transcribing what some vaguely put meaning actually means, prompting listeners to remember ideas, adding more tasks to what are often overly worked students. Places increased traumising memories onto future prompted memory awareness. What are often missing from information are adequate conceptual thought productive messages. Students can't realise what's not there to be realised. If by myself talking at adult speed speech to people about my often mentioned ideas, I often hear in reply from listeners, “don't worry about it”. I try to pass a message onto listeners’ awareness, merely to have listeners scan memories to find conflicting and/or void to compare with beliefs. The format in which messages are heard, that being direct concepts, leaves listeners thinking as though they were experiencing chalkboard copying and teachers added on tasking. Badly educated brains can't keep up with complex information. People often can only understand easily heard many times before, quick to the point messages, aged 5 years prior to first attending school childlike wants and needs. Hence, why the greater majority of humans favour listening to easily understood sports and no need to think short sentenced entertainment productions. Eventually everything becomes no more than noise and/or quick judgements to soon be forgotten. Posted by steve101, Wednesday, 5 October 2016 11:39:19 AM

I find no new relevant information in sports. I watched “The Gilmore Girls” when the production was first broadcast. I recorded the program so when fast sentences were spoken, I could return to earlier points and re-hear sentences until I could correctly keep up with conversations. Gilmore Girls re-runs years later, I easily understand Gilmore Girls conversations on first hearing recorded playbacks.
I can understand Elementary's Sherlock Homes without having to return to previous points to listen once more, all with the sound turn down low, forcing myself to increase focus attention on the listening. Listening to serious interviewing programs, I almost immediately stop listening, drifting my thoughts onto better thoughts. What I believe is lacking in serious programs are relevant conceptual messages. I theorise much of what serious media are presenting are: destruction; wars scenes; floods, homes are inundated; problems are systemic; politicians appear on media programs to defend themselves against criticism and/or blame past government's failed programs; government budgets can't satisfy Gonski education requirements; Nauru human rights violation; royal commission verse parliament inquiry into greedy banks; costs of a plebiscite into guy marriage; Vocation education; renewable energy security; anything that failed, has to be blamed on some entity. In all the negative news story redirections from productive thoughts, leaving listeners ignorant of productive thoughts. Listeners thought patterns are easily prompted towards blaming something. Details on how things could prevent future problems are often not mentioned. Things are designed to fail, merely to allow future reporting on failed ventures. Governments design introduced projects to fail, allowing new governments opportunities to blame previous governments for poor and/or failed outcomes. Internet bullying and trolls are merely reflecting media/school teacher culture of criticism. People not interested in rolled-over criticism are ignoring serious media. First week in October 2006, ABC “Media Watch” host states Donald Trump has long ago discovered that people can't listen. Experts have stated Donald Trump can lie, make many mistakes, very few people care and/or are listening.
Not proficiently listening audiences are cheering in between short sentences, I say audiences are traumatised by school education and are whom tuned into media's one-liner short sentenced heard many times before negative comments. Media distractions from everyday boring work task traumas: soft sex; violence; fast action scenes; one line statements... on radio and visual media, many media selections, leave citizens unable to think for themselves past everyday tasks. Political candidate audiences are fed negative statements against opposing candidates, because the culture of negativity is quickly understood, no thinking involved, no need to feel “worried”. Monty Python's “Life Of Brian”, closing song, “always look on the bright side of life”, is an ideal descriptive reminder of what people do. People don't want to worry... Once people have made a decision, decisions can be made because too much thought feels like worrying. To avoid feeling thought traumas, where a decision needs to be made, merely making a decision relieves emotional decision makers of having to think, to feel worried. Once having made a decision, having to change their mind about a decision, leads to having to worry about being wrong, feeling like they need to worry why previously made decisions were wrong, hence denial, blaming some other person and/or unforeseen event. The concept of risk, means investors need to think what risk is, therefore feel worried. I often hear from people, that they don't want to worry, therefore I assume people who don't want to worry, merely quickly decide outcomes. Donald Trump captures audiences attention by criticising Hillary Clinton, once audiences feel they understand, few voters change their minds, having to worry why previous beliefs were incorrect. Education's chalkboard copying and teachers adult speed speech instructions. Media's political: foreign policy; personal beliefs; bureaucratic mistakes; budget concerns... average traumatised citizens don't care to know, as to begin to attempt to understand, leads to feeling repressed childhood traumas.
Serious media programs are part of the problem of citizenry short attention spans. The difference between sports media to serious political rolled over topics past political leaders’ personality. Commentators shift between known concepts, allowing little more than conformation of what's already believed. Visual images are dull, listeners, including myself, attention span leads thoughts to better topics. I assume many people attempting to listen, drifting off to other thoughts, leads thoughts to become worrying, therefore many listening audiences never watch serious topic media. All the above suggests extremely poor work skills, finger points directly towards government sponsored education and establishment sponsored media. steve101. VET FREE-HELP sudden cancellation, compared with Labor's insulation scheme and school halls.
How to describe VET FREE-HELP cancellation as something that started out with good intentions, which failed to work correctly. While in government, federal Liberal government bureaucratic system attempts to fix Labor's training scheme problems, only to have problems worsen. That vague ideas that Labor government passed poor formulated laws, has training course service providers suing government for compensation, that subsidised course service providers were merely offering educational training courses to any person regardless of language barriers. That, as this easy way to collect money became common knowledge to every witnessing person, that complaining students were not seeing courses fulfilled, to allow governments to be seen as morally responsible to allow a failing system to continue. In other words... government took the program to the limits of acceptability. A major problem is government's long history of messing with labour service providing contractors. My accusations that government are religious, full of tricks and deceitful behaviours to maximise citizenry manipulation. Exampling the US vice president debate, journalists describe VP candidates presenting arguments as more of a cat fight, female journalist heard saying audiences are not being able to understand debate information. The real information poor listening audiences will perceive is the separation between candidates, greed for political power, to be a winner. I say the propaganda value is to convince audiences candidates are separate from each other. Candidates seen wanting to point out opposing candidate's illegal and immoral behaviours in order to gain voters confidence at voting booths to enter chosen candidates into political power. Myself, saying that everything is a trick, education has prevented citizenry's ability to rethink my often argumentative possibilities. The education minister anecdotal confession statement that federal education minister admits mistakes were made, blaming Labor for creating an unmanageable educational training system. Elderly, experienced legally advised bureaucrats would have known better. Yet, bureaucrats never seem to enter media blame game accusations. Changing governments allows changing policies, cancelling projects with few-to-no finger pointing towards bureaucrats for setting contractors up to fail. Many years ago, I was asked to be involved with a large NSW state government project. A man I knew who had obtained employment with the state government, called me, asking if I would quote a state government building project. When I arrived on the building sight, he warned me that I may not want to work for the government as a contractor. He said there are four engineers who come and go. The four engineers ask contractors for things to be done... contractors do the work. The four men return, telling contractors they have changed their minds, wanting carried out work to be removed. The man I knew said they mess contractors around. The man told me the four engineers wanted me to have provided expensive engineered plans on what they wanted done at my own expense. I left, never to return. In the end, what was asked to have engineer plans drawn up, was never done.
I was asked to do another job, I knew a second man who was retired from the NSW state government employment, relating to description project which was needed to be done. He told me the government asks for many quotes, excepting the cheapest quote. After quoted jobs are completed, anything that doesn't come up to a perfect standard. Contractors are messed around with payment schedules until the job has passed some bureaucrats engineering standards. The second man suggested I would be better off having nothing to do with government projects. Posted by steve101, Thursday, 6 October 2016 1:48:36 PM

My above mentioned examples, plus: Paul Keating's recession Australia had to have; my accusation about 1999 Apocalypse is coming, RN listeners advised to sell property, take money out of banks and bury money in parks, money stalked and stolen, threatening to murder me and others if we constantly keep telling people of establishment tricks; 2007-2008 GFC based on sub-prime S&P triple “A” rated 14% interest rate loans to Negro and Latino borrowers, bundled up into mortgage securities; Rudd Labor government insulation scheme subsidy sudden cancellation; Abbott Liberal government South Australia wind power subsidy sudden cancellation.
The first 5 books in the bible supposedly written by Moses, exampling confidence trickery cryptic stories. Any intelligent people taking up government schemes, should realise schemes will eventually be cancelled, leaving many scheme service providers in debt and/or stuck with long term rent obligations. Running subsidised schemes looks like government is doing a good job by creating employment. Yet, workers benefiting from subsidies find themselves in a boom/bust debt, a percentage of borrowers unable to service loans. Property prices fall, placing loan servicing remaining workers in negative equity. This is the communist argument to why capitalism fails and is often cruel to working classes. The capitalist argument is that capitalism creates/builds many good things. I have mentioned 1870s New York mayor Boss Tweed and Tammany Hall. The only person known for going to jail was common working class Boss Tweed. The remaining benefiting Tammany Hall rich continued their wealth creation, uninterrupted. A narrator on a recent SBS documentary on railways in north America, called the late 1800s New York rich, “robber barons”. Recent constant media exposures of banks immoral behaviour are indicating media are doing their job in a democracy. Not mentioned prior to now, partially financed government training schemes are being mismanaged. How much establishment owned media redirections and government bureaucrats that are never mentioned and/or never accused of mismanaging finances, are involved in legally easy to steal money using capitalism government schemes? Why I constantly keep coming back to (obvious to me) bad education, traumatising children's thinking processes, to allow never mentioned establishment to manipulate populations to believe what their told.
I tend to realise, the day ANZ bank admits mistakes, that media commentators will speculate that nothing will happen in the future that results from October 4,5 & 6, on a day, the minister for education makes his confessions. In the middle of the 3 days bank inquiry. Will the training scheme failure be rarely ever mentioned again? …......................... On October 5, following federal government education minister, a guest ABC24 guest speaker made a short statement, that training future workers in working environments where workers could change employment skills 15 times in their careers, seems pointless. A percentage of trained students won't eventually find employment they were training for. Another point was that bureaucrats making decisions on what students do for what courses, is questionable. Exampling 2014 PBS Newshour programs. Several times, stories related to training trades college students were forced to do unrelated to desired outcomes course studying to gain course credits. Many years ago, I suggested to university educated people that 50% of university curriculum subject studying, students were forced to study, had nothing to do with what students were attending university for. My accusation is that bureaucrat system except all students, that education has to do with Darwinism survival of the fittest. Information has very little to do with real learning education. That mental stress not only traumatises students, examination results are more assessing whether students can function under mental stress. Because easy to remember trivial information being used for examination assessments, learning almost nothing is wasting time. Posted by steve101, Thursday, 6 October 2016 1:51:32 PM

Because workers are living in more of an end of industrial age employment environment country, disposable, replacement rather repair everything society labour force, limited skilled thinking is no longer required. Even though employers ask for trained skilled employees, I suggest paying for training where many students whom have no thinking traumas, could merely look at tasks requiring training, seeing what was being done over a short period, zero traumatised people would soon excel in doing many skilled trade tasks.
Traumatised teenagers and adults finding tasks difficult to perform, allow people with no traumas a long term advantage over traumatised workers. Workers having no traumas soon realise repeated capitalist busts are intentional. Repeated busts regardless of media market forces excuses are soon assumed as lies. The 1999 RN Life Matters guest speaker stated, governments don't like people who are a Jack of all trades. The Apocalypse is coming is an attempt to use people who realise everything is a lie, confessing the many media lies, in order to gain trust, only to steal what accumulate assets can be deemed to be obtained. School classroom government curriculum education literally “rapes” children of their inquisitive complex conceptual intelligence. steve101 Posted by steve101, Thursday, 6 October 2016 1:55:39 PM

By replacing skilled non-university employment, with imported: motor vehicles; televisions; non-repairable electrical products.
The Australian education system invests too much emphases on academic learning; assessment examinations as though every student is moving towards a university education, after obtaining a HSC.
Recently media stories have mentioned how school leavers take on viable apprentice employment, only to quit soon after... Why?
My arguments are, so much emphases is placed on school students to obtain a HSC, mental stress leading up to completing school HSC, for both capable and far from capable students, destroys students ability to think… being the process of intentional deskilling.

Machinery and computer programming has replaced the need for skilled thought. Anti-intellectualism.
Many female teenagers who become pregnant, may have done so to escape a futile dummying down school education.
The many students who have no intentions and no ability to obtain any establishment controlled employment which requires a HSC, are persuaded to stay at school because few employment opportunities without a HSC are available. By the time students leave school aged 18 years, another 4 years may be required to complete an apprenticeship to obtain an adult wage.
A 16 year old may have had an ability to think-out skilled apprenticeship tasks. Due to not completing HSC academic mentally stressing, traumatising the thinking processes... aged 16 year olds being still capable of doing thinkable visually seen tasks, to better remember procedures. Aged 16 year olds are more likely to complete apprenticeships.

Governments acting as though governments have a low-to-no skilled work force problem, merely need to point their finger at themselves to know where the problem over many generations, originally came from.
