Fact, not fiction will resolve the Palestine-Israeli conflict. What conflict would that be David, one between a "non-existent state" and the state imposed on it by an outside agency in 1934?

What would you do if a bunch of armed strangers came and took over your home and business premises then from a position of armed strength forced you to give a huge part of it away along with the productive capacity that used to be solely yours? And then just took more and more!

And don't tell me because an Arab dictator decided to involve his tribe in a war and on the wrong side, that then gives the victors rights over the entire tribes' personal property and land rights.

Every time there is any real prospect of peace and a two-state solution? You and others, Trump, Nethenyahu etc., have either evocated or acted unilaterally to kill it stillborn.

Then you fill these pages with your endless risible rubbish trying to legitimise the theft!

Fact, not fiction will resolve the Palestine-Israeli conflict. And never a truer word spoken. Now if only we could get you, Trump and Nethenyahu etc., to adopt that as a first principle, peace might yet have a chance along with your hated, two-state solution!

Why hated?

Because a two-state solution and consequently fixed borders, would end the endless land grab and purloined property rights!

Eichmann reported from his visit to Israel: The creation of a Jewish State must be prevented. The Nazi officer wanted to see the Jewish settlement in Palestine and to check in person whether the plan was actually feasible. In a detailed report to his superiors, Eichmann wrote that the economic situation of the Jewish settlement was dire, and it did not appear that it would improve any time soon. The emperor of the Palestinian Nazi Superpower said the Hebrew stone-throwers should go to Jordan on the waters of Babylon.

No wonder David S, Israel's publicist in Melbourne, puts great store by warmonger American Bolton.

Yes John R. Bolton is a favourite of Israel (and of Israel's stooge Jared Kushner [1] ) due to Bolton's long held "Bomb Iran" [2] policy.

The ignorant Trump, over a barrel, is easy meat for the attentions Kushner and Bolton.

Iran despite its unelected religious overseers is closer to civilisation than the fundamentally racist, aggressively expansionist Israel. If the Australian Government moves its embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem it is selling Australia down the river while choosing isolation from Western Europe.

Now that news and views are being distributed around the world less by the strongly Jewish influenced Western Mainstream Media, the State of Israel under its present government is becoming increasingly recognised as a Criminal Apartheid Zionist Settler State in Occupied Palestine. Trump on behalf of the Israel lobby in the US is trying to deny this. Note that Israel is the largest single recipient of US foreign aid. Without strong support for its military to suppress the rightful owners of the country, the Zionist regime would probably not last long.

Is important to note that is largely comprised of Ashkenazi Jews whose ancestors originally came from the rogue kingdom of Khazaria north and east of the Black Sea. Not Jews whose ancestors resided in or near what is presently Israel and lived in harmony with other ethnic groups there. What started the present rot was the promise of a Jewish homeland so influential Jews in the US pushed to have it join the fight against the Germans and their allies in World War One. Then obviously an important unstated agenda of people and states supporting the State of Israel was to get rid of some Jews from their own countries. Including Hitler and associates who sponsored German Jews emigrating to Israel with the Haavara agreement The reason for this is because throughout history, there always seem to have been some Jews who have no conscience regarding doing dirty things to goyim or non Jews - often covertly when think it is to their own advantage.

What don’t you get?

Every time there is talk of peace the Arabs have some kind of demand to come to the table. This usually is for Israel to release terrorists/murderers. That demand is met and then the Mahmoud Abbas backs out.

If they and seriously wanted peace and land it was theirs in 1948, they chose to go to war rather than accept partition between Jews & Arabs .

5 Arab nations attacked the fledgling State and lost with Jordan and Egypt stealing the land.

After the 1967 war Israel offered to relinquish the land in exchange for peace with its neighbours, the Arab world’s response issued in Khartoum, was not one no, but three:

NO PEACE WITH ISRAEL.
NO NEGOTIATIONS WITH ISRAEL.
NO RECOGNITION OF ISRAE

@ Alan B ...part 2

2000 Camp David offered Arabs a state with shared control of Jerusalem and billions of dollars in compensation for ‘Palestinian’ refugees. Yasser Arafat refused and launch the deadly terror war, the Second Intifada.

2008 Israeli PM Ehud made Abbas an unprecedented final status offer, which gave Palestinians land equivalent to all the West Bank and Gaza after land swaps, including giving up Jerusalem's Old City to international control.
Telling Abbas, "it will be 50 years before there’ll be another Israeli PM who will offer you what I am offering. Don't miss this opportunity". Abbas never responded.

Recently, Abbas described his response "I rejected it out of hand."

2010 the US requested a 10-month settlement construction freeze to coax; he waited nine months and even then only wanted to discuss extending the freeze, not peace.

Chief US negotiator during the 2014 negotiations between Israel and PA, told The Atlantic "I saw him [Netanyahu] sweating bullets to find a way to reach an agreement." But Abbas simply walked away.

Hence it is Abbas who refuses to negotiate in good faith, and it is Abbas who walked away from negotiations in 2008, 2010 and 2014. Similarly, his predecessor Yasser Arafat rejected Ehud Barak's offers in 2000 and 2001. So if the peace process is stalled, it certainly isn't Israel's fault. http://www.thetower.org/3370-bill-clinton-i-killed-myself-to-give-the-palestinians-a-state-but-they-rejected-it/

It has also been refused numerous times when John Kerry attempted to get the Arabs to the table.

To #Alan B, #ateday, #nicknamenick, #plantaganet, #Emperor Julian, #SteeleRedux,#mox,

Now that my article has given you all the opportunity to once again sound off by indulging in Jew-bashing and Jew-hatred, anti-Bolton and anti_Trump "shooting the messenger and ignoring the message" tactics - may I now ask you to answer the following questions:

1."Is Palestine a State". Please answer "Yes" or "NO"

2. If the answer to question 1 is "Yes":
(i) what are the boundaries of that State?
(ii) who is the head of that State?
(iii) who heads the Government of that State?

Answers please - and soon.

To make you feel better here are the headlines of Ma'an or Maan News Agency

2) the daughter's home or 3) the bulldozer driver's cousin's ?

//How on earth is exposing the depravity of an Israeli border guard jew bashing?//

It's a good question, Dave... none of the articles on this story I've read thus far have mentioned the woman's religion. You're not psychic, and it's unreasonable to assume all Israelis are Jewish since only about three quarters of them are, according to wikipedia:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Demographics_of_Israel#Religion

So how can you be so certain she's Jewish?

For all we know, SteeleRedux was actually Muslim 'bashing', which I assume you're fine with. If you can really call drawing attention to immoral, criminal behaviour 'bashing', that is. Personally, I think that's drawing a pretty long bow.

Thank you for answering my questions so promptly.

Two more questions to answer as a result of your responses:

1. Is the "State of Palestine" you have identified identical with "the State of Palestine" referred to in UN General Assembly Resolution A/73/L.5 passed on 11 October that will become Chair of the Group of 77+China in 2019 with the following rights and privileges:
(a) The right to make statements on behalf of the Group of 77 and China,including among representatives of major groups;
(b) The right to submit proposals and amendments and introduce them on behalf of the Group of 77 and China;
(c) The right to co-sponsor proposals and amendments;
(d) The right to make explanations of vote on behalf of the States Members of the United Nations that are members of the Group of 77 and China;
(e) The right of reply regarding positions of the Group of 77 and China;
(f) The right to raise procedural motions, including points of order and requests to put proposals to the vote, on behalf of the Group of 77 and China.

2. Will Benjamin Netanyahu and Readymix Industries Israel be appointing the person to Chair the Group of 77 +China to act in accordance with the powers conferred on the State of Palestine by the above resolution?

To ##Alan B, #ateday #plantaganet, #Emperor Julian, #SteeleRedux,#mox:

Do you agree with #nicknamenick's answers?

If not please answer these two questions which you have studiously avoided so far:

1."Is Palestine a State". Please answer "Yes" or "NO"

2. If the answer to question 1 is "Yes":
(i) what are the boundaries of that State?
(ii) who is the head of that State?
(iii) who heads the Government of that State?

You state:
"It is not your Jewishness that concerns but your legalistic attitude to life that seems to smother human empathy."

My legalistic attitude does not smother my human empathy to see a peaceful end to a conflict which has now raged unresolved for 100 years and caused untold suffering to both Jews and Arabs during that period.

The conflict needs to be ended peacefully by negotiation and not by further conflict.

For the last 40 years I have been proposing that this conflict can possibly be resolved by direct negotiations between Israel and Jordan - the two successor States to the 1922 League of Nations Mandate for Palestine - currently exercising sovereignty in 95% of the territory comprised in the Mandate

Yes - I have failed in seeing this proposed solution being attempted - but that does not deter me from continuing to prosecute that case. My failure fades into insignificance compared to the failure of those who have unsuccessfully sought to end the conflict by creating a third State in former Palestine.

The creation of a second Arab state - in addition to Jordan - in the territory comprised within the Mandate for Palestine - has failed after negotiations between Israel and the PLO spanning 1993 to 2014.

In my view the only way forward to prevent further conflict is for these Israel-Jordan negotiations to take place as soon as possible. Those negotiations might well end up in failure - but at least they would have been tried.

Just imagine - if Israel-Jordan negotiations had been undertaken and successfully concluded 40 years ago - how many Jews and Arabs would still be alive today and how many millions more would not be suffering from injuries and trauma caused by the continuing conflict?

Don't accuse me of smothering human empathy. I hope you have the decency to withdraw that claim immediately.

There are 4.8 million fictitious persons with not 1 state between them and who borrow Mr Netanyahu's land . His empathy and generosity is notable but his time is limited. At 48 bodies per bus , the fictional people can be disposed of by about 800,000 bus trips or 10 cattle trains. IS has spare houses and north Russia is getting warm they say. "Insane temperatures" are right up the Arabs alley.

Remember that the fundamental problem regarding Jews or - those with Zionist philosophies at least is many regard themselves as 'the chosen ones" to the extent that they often regard it acceptable to do dirty things to others if it is for their own benefit. This includes promoting a Jewish apartheid state composed of a lot of immigrants from elsewhere in an area where Jews were originally a minority who had largely peacefully co existed with other ethnic groups.

Under the policies of the present Israeli regime, this can only be maintained by force, which is aided particularly by the US and other countries due to strong Zionist influences within them. Then the more they get regarding taking control of Palestinian land and resources, the more they want. So continued resistance rather than appeasement is a better option for Palestinians. Is important to note that some Jews, including orthodox religious ones such as the Neturei Karta are among the strongest vocal opponents of a Jewish state.

Trump is obliged to go along with a lot of what the Israel lobby and the "Deep State" including the military industrial complex. Otherwise he will almost certainly be "eliminated" by them. Possibly by assassination as JFK was. At least he is not as bad as what I have seen described as "Killary Rotten Clinscum", who if had gained the Presidency would almost certainly had the US by fighting another major war against Iran particulary on hehalf of Israel.

I asked you the following two questions:

1. Is the "State of Palestine" you have identified identical with "the State of Palestine" referred to in UN General Assembly Resolution A/73/L.5 passed on 11 October that will become Chair of the Group of 77+China in 2019 with the following rights and privileges:

(f) The right to raise procedural motions, including points of order and requests to put proposals to the vote, on behalf of the Group of 77 and China.

2. Will Benjamin Netanyahu and Readymix Industries Israel be appointing the person to Chair the Group of 77 +China to act in accordance with the powers conferred on the State of Palestine by the above resolution?

You anwered "Yes" to both questions.

The Group of 77 + China will be shaking their heads in disbelief that their decision will result in Israel apppointing the next Chairman of the G77 +China for 2019.

Of course this is the type of conclusion that follows if one pretends the State of Palestine exists when it is merely a figment of imagination in the minds of the 77 Foreign Ministers who promoted this scam.

Neither they nor you are apparently aware of Article 1 of the Montevideo Convention which states:
"The state as a person of international law should possess the following qualifications:

a. a permanent population;

b. a defined territory;

c. government; and

d. capacity to enter into relations with the other states."

But then again - don't let international law stand in the way of creating something that does not exist.
