For those who think the Olympics are not political, remember when Australia boycotted the Moscow Olympics? And the massacre of members of the Olympic family by terrorists was the ultimate political act. The families of those murdered in cold blood deserve the closure of a minute's silence. The Australian government has done the right thing here, so that we can all lay this sad event to rest.
